After purchasing a used car that was sold as certified, that was not clean when inspected, got the vehicle home and it has hail damage. Bobby and dealership would not do anything for this unfortunate issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. !! Bobby was not helpful!! STAY AWAY!

Tony, we are disappointed that you felt this way the day after purchase. You spent between 30-45 minutes outside inspecting the vehicle before coming in and requesting a discount of an additional 700.00 because of the condition. Our General Sales Manager explained that the reason the vehicle was priced as low as it was is because we had taken into account the condition. No used car is going to be perfect, and this was the case with this one. After much back and forth, we conceded and gave you the additional money off on top of an already great price. When you called back today, it was a shock, because we had done what you had requested at the time of the sale. This review, however, is not a shock. We can't make everyone happy or always do MORE after the sale is complete. We hope this, again, reiterates what we discussed earlier. Sincerely, Management
