Just left the dealership from my initial car search and test drive. The sales associate, Mackenzie, was prompt, smart, knowledgeable and very accommodating when answering all my questions. I will definitely return for a second visit with her and to look at the car again.

What can I say, I am blown away on professionalism and
What can I say, I am blown away on professionalism and customer service I experienced at Sewell. I bought used (no warranty) Cadillac - great and professional buying experience with Mackenzie, no push, honest trade in value (they actually matched Carmax offer). Two weeks later went for maintenance. During the service, I found out that one of the shocks is leaking (pretty expensive part in Escalade). I immediately went to used car manager Kim, ready to start the war over defect that wasn't disclosed. Manager not only approved the repair right away but also make sure that it was done very quick and at $0 costs from me. THIS IS HOW customer service should look like. I will be coming back to Sewell!

They couldn’t even tell me if they still had the car in stock. They just kept asking annoying sales person questions. It’s been over a week and I still don’t know if they have the car!

They sold the Nissan Xterra that I was looking for. Didn't even give me a chance to put money down on it!! I really wanted that Xterra... next time don't leave the vehicle that you sell on the website and get people's hope's up only to be let down because it's not even available.

Buyer Beware
Buyer beware. The initial process went seemingly too well. It was also my first time buying a vehicle online- from a distance at that- so I could not readily see the car in person. Initially the dealership accommodated, sent pics, made regular contact via email and text. But on the day I was getting everything set up with my bank, I reached out to be absolutely sure the vehicle was still available. I was told numerous times throughout the day that it was. Then, as the afternoon came after multiple communications with 2 people from the dealership-- it was dropped on me--with no explanation--- that the car was no longer available. I was in the final steps of my loan with the bank only to have them drop this on me. The only reason I can think that they dropped me would be that the vehicle needed to be shipped and they didn't want to bother? I have no idea. After numerous communications, I thought it was a done deal, only to have it dissipate with no explanation. I tried to ask what's going on- only to receive no answer after nearly a weeks worth of obnoxious attempts on their part to keep in touch with me. I have a bunch of kids, they were all excited for the "new to us" vehicle. Thanks for letting us all down Sewell. I am left with a hard check on my credit, and the desire to warn other online buyers of these folks. Disregard any meaningless fluff they may return to me in a comment, they truly DO NOT care.

Could have done more
Didn’t feel that they did enough for us to purchase a used vehicle it wasn’t a CADILLAC so I feel that they could have been more helpful with more options and that they didn’t give us so we left there empty-handed but overall they were courteous

I bought an XT4 totally love my vehicle...However after...
I bought an XT4 totally love my vehicle...However after the sale when I did not recieve my Title or my plates I was told lie after lie,oh we tried to contact you(ugh No!!) or oh we have the plates at our dealership...I tell them I will pick them up the next day...Drive all the way there... "Oh sorry we mailed them out!!! Etc. It has been 3 months since I bought my vehicle and I am still Waiting for my plates and my title!!!! Ask to speak to management"oh I will have them call you still waiting for that call too!!!! I will Never Buy Another Car From Sewell!!!!!

I bought a CT5 on September 11. I had already visited two...
I bought a CT5 on September 11. I had already visited two other dealership and was disappointment in my search until we arrived at Sewell. I received a more than generous offer on my trade in and the price of the vehicle purchased. Everyone was super nice, helpful and accommodating, especially our salesperson Kyle. I will definitely be back when I am ready for a new purchase in the future.
