Write a reviewDishonest dealer
Bought a car for our daughter 4 years ago with 79,590 miles per the paperwork. When we went to trade the car in it is reported as "not actual miles". Dishonest dealer... beware of this dealer.

We have waited several days hoping to be directly contacted about this situation that was posted to see if it is legitimate and also to resolve it. we have heard nothing. Here are some things that I can tell you about Countryside Auto Sales. We are a family owned and operated dealership that was established in 1984. There are currently three generations of the Dice Family involved in the business. We believe in transparency. We offer free vehicle history reports for all of our vehicles. When purchasing a vehicle, you will sign four different documents. The title, odometer statement, and bill of sale and warranty, all acknowledging the price and miles. Some of our vehicles have factory warranty, most others will include a 3 month warranty. There are no hidden fees or dealer fees. All prices are clearly marked on our vehicles. We treat people the way we would want to be treated. our good reputation is very important to us, thus, we will go above and beyond to keep our customers happy. It has truly been our pleasure to help folks with their vehicle needs these past 33 years.
Want a car to flat tow behind a Motorhome
On your site, I asked if this car was flat towable; the owner's manual states whether it is or not. I asked if it has a timing belt or timing chain. With getting no response, I called the dealer and asked these questions. Answer was "Got me?". Asked about the condition of the convertible roof. Answer was "it sits outside and there are no leaks". The attitude was poor. So I decided to look elsewhere.

Wonderful Family run business
I drove an hour and half to look at a 2013 jetta at a very good price! Steve and his family were very nice and helpful. The purchase of the car was fast, effcient and they were not pushy. The drive was worth it! I LOVE MY JETTA!!

Great Inventory & Easy to Deal With!
After much looking around at local dealerships and high profile "national used car outlets", my wife and I drove an hour and ten minutes to Countryside, on the advice of a friend. She will be forever in our debt, because this car buying experience was the easiest and most enjoyable one we've ever had! A very diverse inventory, but heavy on late model VW's, which is exactly what we were searching for. Family owned and run by good, honest people, this place is easy to find and well worth the scenic drive. As a former new and used car salesman myself, (25 years ago), I highly recommend this dealer to everyone!

Your Mom & Pop's Place
Steve and his mother were quite accommodating. I searched all over the place for VW's and ended up getting a car that he didn't even have listed on the website. He was extremely competitive on all his cars and answered all the questions I had directly and I felt without bias. Let me give you an example: for my particular car, I asked Steve if I should purchase an extended warranty. He explained that he wouldn't, based on the car and this situation. Most places would just push the extra sale onto you, but Steve leveled with me and I value that. I will send all my friends Countryside's way.

Car buying experience
Yesterday we bought a beautiful 2013 Jetta from Caleb & his father, Steve, at Countryside Auto Sales in Fredericksburg, PA. We could not be more pleased with the entire experience, not to mention it was nice buying from a small local dealer where were treated like old friends. Although my daughter was ready for her next car, the dealership understood it was still hard to say goodbye to her first real car. My husband, daughter and I all recommend Countryside.

Talk with Caleb -- he's wonderful to deal with!!
After a long drive yesterday, we enjoyed the afternoon talking with Caleb about one of the cars he had for sale. I can't say enough good things about our car-trading experience! As he and my husband Ken worked out the details, the other folks at Countryside made us (me and our old Sheltie-pup, Nellie) feel very welcome. It was obvious that they are people (and dog) friendly. We jokingly asked Caleb if he would consider establishing a dealership in "way-upper" NYS. His reply, "I don't like snow that much!" caused everyone a good chuckle.
