I had a problem with a communication module on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma.. Service Advisor John Judkins was superb. He showed genuine interest in solving the problem and exhibited great follow through. After a a couple of days it was determined that my truck needed a new computer and service module which had to be ordered. The technician was able to install the hardware in great time, and it solved the issue. Gratefully my truck was still under warranty. I had given another Toyota Dealer north of Performance Toyota but the Service Advisor did not show real interest in solving the problem. Performance Toyota Bountiful Service Advisors generally show great interest and willingness to help. John Judkins literally made my day.

I recently purchased a brand-new 2025 Toyota Tundra TRD Off-Road Limited, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Performance Toyota Bountiful! From start to finish, the process was seamless and enjoyable, thanks to the professionalism and integrity of the team. Stan Norkis, my salesperson, was incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I felt confident in my decision. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed—Stan genuinely wanted me to walk away happy and satisfied, and it showed. His attention to detail and genuine care for his customers make him stand out in the best possible way. Hunter Lundy, the financial advisor, was just as delightful to work with. ago *Update: I think the reason they lied is because they knew there were problems with the car. The mechanic I took it to said that the mileage of 50k on the car doesn’t seem possible based on all the problems it has. The dealership said they would spend $1500 on the car fixing it up to ensure it was in good shape before I came to pick it up. They padded that with tons of detailing and stain guard for the interior. My mechanic said the transmission fluid was so dirty that it probably did damage to the transmission. Now I’ve had the car a little over 6 months and I think the transmission is failing. Overpriced and dishonest. Charged almost triple Bluebook, lied about why the previous customer chose not to buy the vehicle (first guy told me it was because they couldn’t get financing, then after signing paperwork second guy said it was because of space), promised car would be delivered and any money outside of the $1,5000 contingency allotted for repairs would be paid out. None of which happened. Stay away!

This is the worst Toyota dealer in Utah. Do not go to them, they sale misinformation. It took me 7 days to get my loan through Toyota financial after they CHANGED my trade in agreement after I signed. If you like stress and financial hardship for your family this is the dealership for you. I will absolutely go to Tony divino next time. I’ve bought many vehicles through them with zero issues.

I had a poor experience with an employee of Bountiful
I had a poor experience with an employee of Bountiful Toyota and let them know why I was upset. The General Manager of the dealership, K.C. Waterbury quickly reached out to me, and apologized for the problem, asking us to give them a second chance, and promising that the experience would not be repeated. We took him up on his offer. This time, an amazing salesman named Trevor, did everything in his power to make sure our test drive and overall experience was perfect. There was no hard sale, no pressure, and every effort to help us get into the used car we wanted. Trevor also arranged for our current car to have some recall work done, before we gave it to a relative. We asked for several items that the used car did not come with. The Accessories manager, Jeremy, was incredibly helpful and worked to find exactly what we needed, and escorted us to the various locations where we needed to go to place orders. They were able to supply most of the items, or get them for us at a reduced price. We were finally introduced to Emily, in finance, who led us through our options, explained things clearly, and also pointed out one option we should ignore because we have insurance from a company that made it unnecessary. K.C. came in towards the end of the process to make sure that we were happy, and offered further assistance. What makes this so unusual is that we were buying a used car, we will probably not buy another car for 10 years, and we are not influential or well known people. The people that we worked with were people that I would love to work with anywhere. They clearly enjoyed their jobs, and were working to do them in the best possible way. This is a dealership that I will go back to for everything I need, because they will do things right, and if a mistake is made, they will bend over backwards to make it right!

We bought our first Toyota Corolla Cross at Performance. We worked with Amir and in the end he really help us out. I was able to get leather and heated seats in my Corolla Cross. At first there was some misunderstanding, but Amir made sure everything happened and we got what we wanted. We really appreciate his service and what he did for us.
