I made an appointment for an oil change at 11am. It took 1 hour and 45 mins to just change oil with an appointment. Not sure what the point of scheduling an oil change appointment is if it still takes 1 hour and 45 mins to complete a 20 min job.

Very fast prompt service. Car needed oil change has over 200,000 miles and so full synthetic. No issues they were able to get me in and out and on my way quick. Felt like they were also doing a good job at disinfecting and protecting against spread of COVID Mark was my service advisor but didn’t see him listed in drop down. Thanks
