Service reception timely and thorough. I particularly like the text response of initial inspection following entry. Isabel was great. She tried to sell me a package service deal, which is her job, though somewhat annoying perhaps a question as to awareness of discount deals before “launch.”

The guys that helped us were very friendly, respectful & knowledgeable. I came in knowing what I wanted & they answered my questions & dealt with me fairly.

Andrew in the serice department did a great job of getting my prius serviced and testing the high voltage battery. The service manager Mike really understands the prius hybrid power train and gave me data that showed that my battery was losing performance, but the cells were aging uniformly.

Pleased with the service and courteous manner of the employees. The shuttle service provided worked well with my schedule and was prompt without a long wait.

Justin Brimhall and the stuff were wonderful today at helping us find a car for a great price and was very well informed on the features of the car. Was offered waters while waiting and they all really were friendly and made you feel at home. Would highly recommend going here.

They are usually ready to assist when you arrive on site. The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is great when I used it.

All I heard was can't. Can't do this, can't do that. Well I can't use or recommend this service department for future needs

I have gone to this dealership literally for years and loved it, until now. If I could give it negative stars I would. I have been driving a Toyota Highlander and wanted to trade for a Rav4, did this and about 18 hrs. later changed my mind and returned to the dealer with less than 5 miles on the already used Rav4 . They refused to cancel the contract and simply give me my Highlander back. So I lost money when they charged me money on the "trade in" for the Rav4 and then a ton more money on having to "purchase" my Highlander back from them. In total they screwed out of $7500.00 for me having the vehicle for less than 18 hrs., they did nothing to the Highlander, buy and oil change and I did nothing to Rav4. I know that during this Pandemic of 2020 even the dealerships are desperate, but come on, this is simply pathetic, they walk away fat and happy and I walk away with negative equity! (which I didn't have before)

I appreciate the honesty and personal touch. Friendly but direct. I will check in with them again on my next purchase. Prices are fair as well and that's always a good thing.
