I had a wonderful car buying experience at Bountiful Toyota with JD Taylor, my sales associate. He went above and beyond to help me find my perfect vehicle at an unbelievable price. He did a lot of preparation and did my car buying homework for me. He put together a comparison spreadsheet of all of the vehicles I was considering, and spent hours helping me find my best match. He has continued to help me set up my vehicle and answer all questions that I have had. I highly recommend this dealership and JD, for your next car buying experience. Top Notch!!

All they wanted to was Ali e my car. They kept telling me that the oil didn’t need to be change even though my maintenance light was on as well as the sicker in the window both said it needed to be changed. They are alway slow. Also, l don’t think it is good service to ignore people. I have an extended service warranty. That I could not use.

This dealership does a good job servicing the vehicles....
This dealership does a good job servicing the vehicles. They need to really examine their internal systems on appointments, particularly time to check in and wait time. Seems there are a lot of people running around wondering who is doing what and no real direction amongst them. Who checks you in? Who checks you out? Where do we go? Do oil changes with appointments really take 90 minutes? If so, cut down the number of cars/appointments. If you are 90 minutes behind, open up the shuttle which “doesn’t run on Saturday. Nobody wants to spend their time waiting, we like efficiencies.My service advisories Mark isn’t listed below, but he was the one who picked me out of the crowd and gave me the attention/direction I needed.
