Performance Toyota Bountiful

Not a good experience with Toyota Bountiful for routine maintenance on my Toyota Highlander. The service associate was condescending (came across like he thinks women surely don't know anything about complicated things like cars?). Even though he acted like he was an expert, he gave poor advice and didn't offer an obvious recommendation... therefore my vehicle ended up in worse condition than if I had done nothing. Added to this, the technician recommended multiple unnecessary repairs in his video of his multi-point inspection (replacing filters, brakes and rotors that were no where near being at the end of their service life). The coupons are virtually worthless, so don't be pulled in because of those. Also, the oil change was supposed to include a car wash, but because theirs had a problem they didn't even consider their obligation (it was advertised as included) or customer service by using the commercial carwash just around the corner (I saw the local Ford dealership using it), they just excused themselves from that portion of their advertised obligation and returned my car dirty (they weren't the least apologetic, but in fact very defensive when I brought it up). I like to support local business, but this one lost my business for so many reasons). I left a message for the service manager to call me back so I could give feedback and allow them to make everything right, but he didn't bother to call me (every business and employee has a bad day, but the good ones go out of their way to make it right).

The dealership is easy to work with and the service worker was friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone! He was the best!!

They were great, got me right in for a oil change as I was passing through, very professional. I wish they were closer to where I live so I could go there. Brent Brown Toyota should come and see how it should be done .

Great experience with this dealership. Came in, test drove a van, made an offer, signed the paperwork, and drove the car home in two hours. Everyone was great to work with and no pressure sales tactics were nice.

I brought my car in because it would not start. I had just purchased my battery 2 years ago. It took them over 3 hrs to test the battery.

I was treated like gold from Mr. Pickett in service even though I didn't need repair work done. He and his sidekick were very friendly and genuine.

Bountiful Toyota has been my whole family car dealer. We bought multiple cars in the past with them. One of the best things about them is great customer service. They take a good care of your car seriously for any issue you have about your car.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I must say Toyota Bountiful is a class act. Our salesman Brett Bond was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We ordered the car over the phone and we had many conversations. Brett was very honest in all our dealings and I developed confidence that everything would work out and he delivered the goods. We purchased a RAV 4 XSE and love the car. It takes a team effort to have a winning establishment and Toyota Bountiful is a winner. Brett Bond was the salesman and did a super job. Ami Tarantini who is in customer relations was very good to work with. We were impressed with the finance department for the calm casual manner he dealt with us. All totaled we had a great experience and yes we will be back to purchase another vehicle.

Thank you Bountiful Toyota for taking care of us. I contacted one of the managers (Cam) to have the handle of our 4Runner replaced and he immediately took care of it. We love our car and the service Toyota Bountiful provides. We will only buy our cars there!

Noah was super patient with my indecisiveness all day and was a huge help in giving me lots of options! He also helped arrange a payment plan that worked for my budget so I was able to walk out with my dream car!
