I bought a new XSE w/ premium audio from this dealership and the audio didn't work properly. I've attempted to contact and work with the dealership to correct the issue to no avail. Make sure you get everything right with your new vehicle BEFORE it leaves the dealership, because if it leaves with an issue, it's not likely to get fixed by this dealership.

like i said before, they don't get enough credit. One of the best Places I have come across in Bountiful to buy a car. Performance auto Group have the best staff. I came in to look at cars with my son, I was getting ready to leave this nice gentleman came across very friendly to us. We ended up buying a Toyota Corolla, I was tired and exhausting driving from dealership to dealership, the lounge area had coffee I was able to stay awake to finish the deal and go home and rest. Go check them out.

To be honest this place doesn’t even deserve a full star. I have been trying to get my gap insurance cancelled and nobody returned my calls. I finally got a hold of someone who gave me his info to send him the items he needed to process my request. I sent it and never heard anything back. I have followed up with no response. I have been working on this for three months now and have gotten nowhere. I live in a different state so the option of going to the location doesn’t exist. I am at my wits end with this place!

Jadin Bussio was really great. He was friendly and answered my questions in detail. Video of car mechanic showing me what he was working on was really great. Gabby scheduled the appointment and she was very friendly! Kudos!
