Epic Eclipse Experience
The day of the solar eclipse found me car shopping for the first time in 15 years. I was a little nervous. I had some very specific requirements as my mother is elderly and uses a walker that we need to make sure we could fit. Mitch found the perfect car for us on the second try. Weston Bird helped us get it in within the budget we had and both men were a pleasure to work with. Mitch showed me a Toyota Matrix which I had never heard of before but it was exactly what we needed. Jake in the finance department was friendly. The entire experience was a delight.

We Love Our 2017 Tacoma

Had a super positive experience buying my first car through a dealership. I almost bought a car somewhere else but I'm very glad I found Toyota Bountiful! I was nervous about all the things that go into buying a car and needed time throughout the process to consider my decision. I didn't feel pressured or intimidated. Instead, the sales rep who helped me, Kelly, was very patient and understanding, even when I took time to talk with my parents over the phone about it. From the moment I spoke with her over the phone to schedule a drive through the moment my purchase was complete, she was friendly and kind. She even helped me set up new insurance on the spot so that I could drive the vehicle off the lot. Then she printed out a copy of my insurance for me to have. She made sure the car was detailed before I left and helped me move the things from my old car into my new car. She even took the plates off of my old car that I was trading in HERSELF. Dang talk about being in the action!! Wow Kelly you are a remarkable lady! You just don't see this kind of service everywhere you go! When I was feeling overwhelmed because I had never made a purchase so large and needed a moment to let it soak in and think it over, Kelly suggested I take a minute to sit in their super comfy chairs in the waiting area. Guys, they have all sorts of snacks, bottled water, and soft drinks for you as you wait for your car to be worked on or detailed in their service department. Also, my fav show was playing so yeah I was happy about that. Then there was Jake. Mr. Disney Land. Wow, what a hardworking and patient dude! He seriously went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal to finance my car. We went through a few different options until I found something I was very happy with committing to. I can't thank him enough! He helped me get an interest rate that was perfect for my situation and helped me find a good deal on a 3 year warranty! I didn't even want a warranty in the beginning, but am really glad I got one because it was within my budget and a great opportunity to feel reassured about buying a used car. Thank you so much Jake for spelling everything out to me to make sure I understood every detail of my contract! I also was able to meet the manager Doug. There is a very kind and caring aura coming from that guy. I can tell he wants his customers to leave happy. Thank you, Doug. All in all, it was an A+ experience for me! I compared prices and cars on many sites and spoke to some dealerships before visiting Toyota Bountiful. Their prices and cars stood out from the rest and their awesome can-do helpful and friendly attitudes is what sealed the deal. I live 50+ minutes away and it was worth it to travel to buy a car from Toyota Bountiful! Thank you for being a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend! P.S. Go talk to my girl Kelly. I recently purchased a used 2016 Cadillac XTS from Bountiful Toyota. Tim Taylor, Mike Butterfield and Jake Reck were all friendly, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. I'm happy with the price I paid and the service offered from Toyota Bountiful. Thank you for expediting the title process... It arrived in only 10 days. Worth the trip
I had been looking for a Toyota for several months and had noticed the large selection of cars in Bountiful but I live in Utah county and thought it was to far. Now I know better, your going to spend thousands of and drive for years why not go with the best? Michael Jensen was the sales man he was very friendly and helpful the best salesman I have ever worked with. We purchased a late model Toyota van and were given an excellent price by the manager K.C. Waterbury a man of quiet dignity and kindness. The vehicle is performing very well and I could not be more pleased. Remember it is worth the drive!

First experience here so great it ensured my loyalty...
In July of 2014 my opinion was forever changed about automotive buying. I was like a lot of you probably are, skeptical and almost dreadful of going to a dealership. This came from nearly all my past experiences being so painful and my perception set, 'Buying a new vehicle is like a dental appointment, if it wasn't so important it would be the first thing skipped for a lifetime. Like I mentioned, July 2014 Toyota Bountiful, more specifically, Mike Arcaris, changed that perception in a big way. I'll leave it at this, Mike knew exactly how to navigate, listen, and get this EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE a solution to every aspect of the sale. I would dare say it was like working with a top Attorney, Athlete, Professor, etc instead of what I always envisioned as an order taker, or a bird dog of sorts for the 'mangers' who made all the decisions, yet had no clue what was going on or even whom they were working with. Mike is an all star and I have no doubt I'm not the only who has this opinion. That said, it was time for another visit to Toyota Bountiful and sadly almost alarming, I found out upon calling that Mr. Arcaris was no longer with the dealership. I didn't know exactly what to do, it was start over at any event. So, being that I was so impressed prior, and also the work of Weston Bird in finance, who is still there, I decided to keep my promise and give my business so long as not screwed up, to Toyota Bountiful. I submitted via the internet my interest in 2017 Tundra and allowed the sales calls/emails to commence. Not to beat a dead horse, but this is where Mike really had it down, his response time with accurate info related to exactly what was in question was bar none. From the moment I inquired until months after the transaction was complete, he was on it. With this expectation in mind, I was still happy with the initial response from Josh Chavez. He was on it and if not compared to a true once in a lifetime experience, would be enough to bring me back. Way to go Josh. Needless to say I'm purchased my truck, was once again pleased will all involved, Auggie Wasmund, and Weston Bird. Thanks again guys. P.S. if you can get your hands back on the talents of Mr. Arcaris I would recommend doing so!!!

Best quality team and sales
Originally I leased a Toyota Camry and when my lease was up I was seeking to get a lower payment for a new upgraded vehicle. With that being said many would think that is unreasonable thought however Justin listened to my every need and was able to go above and beyond my expectations.
