Performance Toyota Bountiful

This is the 2nd car I have leased from this location. the first was NOT a good experience. I gave it a 2nd chance and Craig took great care of me and my daughter. I was not disappointed. I would definitely send someone his way. Everyone I met was pleasant and helpful. Geoff in Financing helped out as well.

After contacting the dealership via email, I had a response right away with many options and a very open attitude to finding me just the right vehicle. The buying process was a breeze with very fair offers for trade-in and for financing, both offers hit my target amount I'd established before going in. I also purchased some extra parts and the crew working with me was great and very helpful finding me exactly what I was looking for. Install was quick with good organization and communication and fair labor prices. Start to finish a really great experience and one I'd readily recommend to my family and friends.

I went to Toyota Bountiful to look at a used Tacoma and left with a new 2017. Their sales team and finance team did everything possible to get me the lowest payments possible while still offering me the truck I wanted. I was very impressed by how much they listened and understood what I could afford and did not try to talk me into another vehicle with less options in order to make a sale. I got the vehicle I wanted and with affordable payments. I will come back to Toyota Bountiful the next time I am in the market for a new Tacoma.

This is the second car we have bought from Jenn. I just bought my new Hylander. Jenn was a rockstar and help me through the process. She takes calls and text messages all day with my oddball questions. I so appreciate all she does for me. She will be my go-to for all future purchases, although from what I'm told my Toyotas will last forever and my never need another car. Great staff. Love Jenn the most. Cameron was my finance guy and I was not disappointed. Kept the process smooth and we had a few good laughs along the way. Cool guy. My wife and I went into Toyota Bountiful to look at 4Runners , and we were very quickly greeted by Nathan. First to mention, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. He helped us look at a few options and we ultimately decided on test driving a 2016 Red Toyota 4Runner SR5. Nathan was very professional and non intrusive and not pushy like a lot of salesman we have been helped by before at other dealerships. On the test drive he explained a few options. Once we got back to the dealership they worked up some numbers and let us take the vehicle to dinnernto talk or over. We ended up buying it and had another great experience in financing. Geof was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get us the best option. Shout out to Nathan and Geoff thank you for making our experience unforgettable and special . You definitely have earned a customer for life.

All the folks at Toyota Bountiful were helpful and attentive. We worked with Craig Vierig who listened to our needs and helped us find and purchase the perfect used car. We appreciated that we didn't feel pressured to consider something newer or more expensive. And then a couple of weeks later we received a package in the mail - the manual and an extra key and fob. I'm not sure how those were found, but it was a real indication of the service offered at Toyota Bountiful that they made the effort to get those items to us. I would recommend them!

Jenn was personable and real. She dI'd bay make promises she couldn't keep our push me into anything I didn't want. She found the vehicle I wanted and literally picked it up for me. She was fast and the financing was painless...even with having credit issues. I recommend her and this dealership 100%.

Toyota Bountiful was absolutely amazing to work with! I found a car online and they were great to give me all the details, send me a CarFax, and answer all my questions. They were upfront and honest and didn't play any games. The staff was amazing and I am overall very pleased with my experience there!
