Dave Sinclair Lincoln South

Not sure who’s hair brain idea it was to shut down the service showroom in south county and make customers drop off their cars in west county just to have a employee driver it back to south county for repairs then back to west county for pick up. Totally insane and lacks common sense. This will definitely prevent me from buying another Lincoln from Dave Sinclair.

Dee Davis was amazing when helping me and my father look for a new aviator. She was polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle and I could tell she was going to war trying to get us the best deal. I would definitely buy from her again and send anyone I know who's interested in a Lincoln to her.

I purchased a used 2024 Yukon Denali. My sales person was Dee Davis. She was very kind and easy to deal with. She answered all my questions. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. It was a pleasure doing business with her and the dealership.

I purchased a new Lincoln Aviator. The salesman was great. However I was disappointed in the detailing of the car when I picked it up. And to realize no one saw the dent in the car before selling to me.

Alex is awesome! Not only did he fix my Corsair but my car was sparkling clean inside and out. He and his maintenance crew are the best!

Dee got me approved in minutes and I was out the dealership just as quick. I truly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and also Dee-Davis.

The entire staff at Dave Sinclair Lincoln SC made my son's first "on his own" purchase pleasant and seamless. No high pressure tactics, no bum-rush, great car at a good price. Cindy and Blake were patient and understanding when explaining concepts to my son, and made the first-time buying process seamless. When we had an issue with insurance paperwork the day after the sale (OUR fault!), Megan, Cindy, Tom and the rest of the crew couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND would give them six stars if I could.

I keep getting quick fixes to my car issues. I have to return to service over and over to get the issue resolved. The service dept is rude and does not try to help in the moment. Would rather schedule another appointment and put me ?off? once again.

Good job as usual! Thats all I have to say so I am wasting time now!!!!!!!!!!

Dave Sinclair is awesome, my only complaint - I didn't receive my complimentary car wash.
