I really enjoyed my experience at Jim Shorkey jeep dealership in North Huntington. Our salesman was Ryan Dowden and he was so helpful and very respectful to us. I went into the Jim Shorkey Quick Lube Oil Change line and I met Missy, the service representative. Her customer service was 5 stars*****. She was professional, congenial and attentive to what I needed done to my car. My oil change was $92 and she let know about buying 3 oil changes for about $170. I said sold and I will be back. The experience I had at Shorkey on 6/13 was a positive experience. Cody Stone took his time to make sure my concerns were met. I was concerned that my full drum set would fit into the Cherokee. I had it with me. I was going to ask him if I could try to put it in. He suggested it first. We were able to get it in. He wanted to be sure I was satisfied and happy before I left. He made sure all my questions were answered. It was also nice that George Barnes stopped to talk to me about my experience before I left to make sure my concerns were met.

Poor Jason! It was raining terrible that night I went to buy the Jeep. Jason didn’t care if he got drenching wet. He got the job done and made it quick and easy. Thanks again!
