Excellent car buying experience! Thank you, Jay Wheeler....Even after having my vehicle for 21 months, I would still say the car buying experience was excellent. Unfortunately, that is where the excellence with Jim Shorkey ends. The service department is awful and just kept coming up with excuses for why they couldn't fix the EVAP system on my vehicle. Those excuses ranged from we don't have enough people on staff to look at it today to we tried to fix it, but our service people don't know anything about Nissan's so you're out of luck! That last excuse was my personal favorite. So eventually, I gave up on getting on the problem fix just like Jim Shorkey hoped that I would. Now, all I have is a car that I can't get inspected and a ton of resentment towards all of Jim Shorkey's car dealerships. In closing, unless you want to end up like me, buy your next vehicle somewhere else.

Salesman could not have been more polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Everyone that I encountered at Jim Shorkeys went out of their way to make us comfortable. Every car buying experience should be this easy

Was super excited to find the gladiator, I was looking for. I called the dealership and within seconds. Tammie answered the phone and was so helpful. My husband and I went out that evening. She had the Jeep already for us to look at and within two hours we were driving home in our new gladiator Rubicon. What a great experience. Tammy and also Vanessa in finance were absolutely joy to work with. I will definitely go back there when I’m ready for a new vehicle.
