Toyota in for Repairs
Very, very nice folks!! I'm from out of town and I always worry about taking a vehicle with out of town plates to be repaired. The folks at Lithia looked at my Toyota and let me know the gas cap was bad. And that was all there was to it. Great experience.

Robert is thorough and organized, great people skills.
I went in to have my oil changed. Also had punctured tire from the night before and they were going to fix it for me. Oil was changed but the spare tire was still on when I went to sign the paperwork. Robert was able to get me hooked up with a new tire get it on the rim before calling me back to have it installed he had great customer service when some of that communication fell through.

Purchase 2018 Toyota Highlander
The Sales person Lily Aimone was very professional. She really valued what I said I was looking for in a vehicle. She made sure we took the Highland out for in city and highway driving. Lily did not pressure me into buying. She was always happy and had a great attitude. She even helped me unload my Rav 4 and transfer everything over to my new Highlander. The Manager valued my time and made the deal comfortable and fast. Britney in the Fiance Department was very friendly and made sure everything was done in a thorough complete manor. Britney did her homework. She looked into my history of previous purchases and knew what extras i wanted in my purchases.
