Working with Norm was great!

It was a pleasure to work with Norm when I bought my new prius. He was able to find exactly what I wanted at another dealership and had it delivered. The purchase process was quick and easy. The Lithia dealership in Billings was excellent as always. This is my fourth prius and so far it is the best one yet. Thank you Norm and Lithia Toyota, Billings Mt.

Great Service! Professional Employees!

I have always taken my Prius to Lithia Toyota and have received professional, curteous, knowledgeable service. My questions have been answered in full and to my understanding. Jim Harmon in the Service Department returns phone calls in a timely manner and helps me understand the situation with my car. Mr. Jim Harmon is a great asset to the Lithia Toyota Service Department. Very Good, Carl Stokes took good care of me

Everything was great except the time spent waiting for paperwork. Love Toyota, Dealership was clean and comfortable. I will definitely return. Love my new Highlander.

Emergency help!!

My Prius V started making a strange noise about Columbus. I called Lythis, described the noise, and was told to come in. The folks looked at it quickly, diagnosed it, FIXED it, and had me back on my way in less than two hours.

Life-time oil service

Got to dealership at opening and without a scheduled appointment the did the oil service right away. Most appreciated! Courteous and professional. That is why we purchased our Toyota Highlander new from this dealership.

Very helpful
