Gen immediately answered and gave us great service. Gen was the best dealer we have ever worked with. I usually HATE shopping for vehicles because you cannot get a straight answer and everything is pressured. Gen answered all of my questions online. He provided great feedback. He was even better at the dealership. He knew a ton about the vehicle and took us out for a great test drive. The whole experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a car. Pedro in the finance office was amazing and got us an incredible rate on our vehicle. The whole experience was great and will be going back for our next vehicle.

Exceptional! First, Max quoted the best price. Second, the lease has been 100% no hassle; Max was fully up to speed on multiple security deposits to reduce the money factor and every other detail including out of state registration and fees. Third, Max efficiently and promptly negotiated with BMWNA to get exactly the options I wanted. Another dealer said (rather rudely) “can’t be done.” Fourth, Max was able to get a vehicle allocation exactly when he said he could. And fifth, Max and CA Eric Lovo have been responsive, pleasant and professional at all times. Well done!

I just purchased my second X3 from BMW of Silver Spring this week. I purchased both vehicles (first one was CPO, second one was new) from Tae Yeon. Tae is very easy to work with - he is straightforward and easy going. I really appreciated that on both occasions he allowed me to take as much as time as I needed to look at different vehicles with different options so that I could be sure to get exactly what I wanted. He is also very prompt in returning emails and phone calls - both before and after the purchase - if you have any questions.
