Wonderful experience. I generally hate car buying, but this experience was five star. I generally hate the car buying experience but this dealership and their staff were all five star from sales down to finance.

Superb Service & Attention to the Details.
Quick and friendly greeting, review all charges, informed me of additional items my vehicle may required - Transmission oil change; replaced air filter. Both valuable items in the desert heat and dust. Minor issue, if you are going to offer to wash the vehicle, do a good job. Work of lower quality will detract from the whole experience.

Exceptional Customer Service
Purchased F150 on Monday. Brought vehicle in next day for bedliner install on Tuesday. They said it was going to be an all day process because they had to pick up bedliner and bring it to dealership then install. One of the sales managers had a young gentleman whose name was Matthew get us a loaner vehicle. We didn’t even ask for one but there it was. Matthew was great! He was respectful and had a sense of humor. When our truck was ready this young man took us back to customer service and got our truck for us where he turned the vehicle on so the vehicle would be comfortable when we got into it. So far, it’s been a pleasent experience and we have to rate the personnel and dealership 5 stars. Thank you Chapman Ford

Southern Hospitality at its BEST!
This was the best car buying experience I've had. I admit I was a bit apprehensive coming in, But, southern charm warmed me up. Dedrick made it feel like a cool glass of sweet tea on a hot day. He definitely has the gift of gab that keeps you laughing. I know getting the sale makes a salesman's day, but he didn't make it feel that way. I was "Stick a fork in it" done with Fords, but Chef DD gave me that "full as a tick on a bloodhound" feeling you get after one of those meals your grandma cooks that makes you want to "slap ya momma," Thank you for giving me a taste of that southern hospitality I don't encounter much here, oh and my C-MAX...... with my new wheels, it is definitely time to "Laissez les bon temp rouler." And its pronounced (LESS-say lay bawn tawn roo-LAY), and means; "LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL." One last thing...... Thanx for keeping me from driving Ole Blue to the border and setting it on fire.... you know I'm kidding right....just saying. Thanx for everything...... referrals coming atcha!

Amazing service and care
When I came in I was greeted quickly by Kaylee and my concerns were notated. Kaylee walked with me to my truck and advised me of the wait. She was great with small talk as well which was fun when I was waiting for my truck to be finished. I’ve told my family and friends to ask for Kaylee when they call.

Service Department/Quick Lube is awesome!
Heidi in quick lube is awesome! She helped me take care of an issue ASAP and went above and beyond to help me out. It was not a quick, easy fix, but Heidi went out of her way to make sure it was easy for me, and I was in and out in under a few hours.
