I know this will never get posted on the dealer website, but worth a shot. They usually only post positive reviews. I am also a repeat customer. I had an awful experience at Napleton Jeep Arlington Heights. It started with the salesperson being in over his head. He didn't have much knowledge of the vehicle and couldn't answer specific questions regarding the car. The sales manager came over to help his partner. I can't recall his name but was very condescending and had sarcastic tone in voice. He was trying to be funny, but it came across as being total jerk. Also , he was arrogant when his was negotiating the price of the car. I couldn't believe he was the sales manager at this dealership. It must be a low bar. They negotiation process was a joke. The car was dinged and scratched up in many places. We asked for a lower price because of those flaws. The didn't take any money off a used car that had many scratches and dings on it. Just crazy! If it was up to me, I would've walked out right there. The car was for my son, he wanted it very badly so I had no choice. I asked for them to fill up the gas tank as a courtesy like most dealership do when purchasing a car. We get in the car they put in a half of tank of gas. If you made the effort to put gas in the car from quarter tank to half, why not just fill it up all the way. They told me they would fill up the tank. A salesperson not keeping their word, shocking. The final part of this process occurred when we received the key fobs for the car. My son goes outside all excited to get in and one of the fobs doesn't work. So, he himself goes in to ask to get it fixed. The response was priceless. He was told we was lucky to get two fobs for the car and to buy a battery yourself for it. That is such great customer service that makes people want to come back and buy another vehicle from them. Needless to say I will not but another vehicle from that dealership and will all my friends and colleagues to stay away as well. You must treat customers with respect and be transparent in the process. It's a very shady dealership that doesn't treat repeat customers right. They offered no real compensation for my time and aggrevation. They were more than happy to cash my check. Just gave me a bunch of excuses and bad apologies for the horrible experience. I hope the management team will post this review. Most likely not.

I would suggest if you bought a car 'certified pre owned' to verify the warranty. I bought a car back in 2023. When they brought out the paperwork, the price of the car was a few thousand dollars more than the price emailed to me. I questioned it and they told me it was because it was CPO and that the certification fee was now bundled into the price of the vehicle. I asked about buying it at the price initially listed and was told no, it had to be purchased as CPO. They told me doing so came with an extended manufacturer backed powertrain warranty (100,000 miles/7yr). I ended up buying the car but called back the next day. Talked to the GM, sales manager, and salesman requesting to be refunded the difference in price and was told no because the price included the certification process and was ensured that it was well worth the couple thousand dollars. Fast forward 3 years and my car is currently at my local dealership with about $13,000 of repairs. I figure this was all stuff that would at least be included in the CPO warranty (It would be if they ever paid the fees to Mopar). I called Napleton's and spoke with Chung. He first tried telling me it wasn't certified. I explained I was forced to pay more, being told I had to buy it CPO. He asked what the issues were and I first told him the waterpump. He immediately said 'well that wouldn't be covered anyway'(even though Mopar clearly lists that it is). I told him it was also having engine issues and regardless of what the issues are, if I paid for the warranty I should have it. He talked to his service manager and called me back saying the car was in fact certified and had the 100,000 mile/7yr warranty. I called Mopar to verify and they confirmed no paperwork was ever filed. When I told Chung, he said he would have to look into it. The next day he tried telling me that I didn't buy it CPO. I told him he had literally just told me less than 24 hours earlier that it was. Which is when he then said it is certified but I didn't buy it certified, so it isn't certified for me (which makes no sense). Disa later reached out and said she would look into this and work on a resolution. Said they had switched systems and sometimes the paperwork 'gets lost'. I explained Chung had told me 3 different stories within 24 hours and it all seemed shady. The calls were on recorded lines so she said she would look into it. She later confirmed that she listened to the calls and did in fact hear him lie about the certification of the vehicle. At this point over a week went by, the dealership did repairs on the water pump and cam shaft. Disa asked me to hold off on doing the repairs to the head gasket asking if I would be willing to trade in before doing additional repairs. She put me in contact with Ray who said he would ship me a car from their dealership to trade out for mine. Told me he could get my payments to stay the same and stay within my current terms. I asked about the expenses that I have already incurred and he said those would be reimbursed to me. He admitted they were at fault and would take care of the expenses whether I chose to go with a new car or not. I asked for a price breakdown (which took 2 weeks to get) where I realized the only way he got the payments the same was because they included the reimbursement for repairs I already paid as a down payment and extended terms out another year). I explained if that was what they were doing I would rather have them pay for all the repairs/rentals and have them liable for any damage that would have been covered for the remainder of the warranty period. It has now been a month and I've had numerous email/texts telling them that I was incurring rental fees that they would be responsible for while they were dragging this out. Now they want me to buy a new vehicle from them, otherwise said they will only refund the money I initially paid for the warranty, not the actual repairs the warranty should have covered. What a joke.

I had an appointment to look at a car, when I got there somebody else was looking at the same car. Then they tried to race me through the process to close the deal before the other person. Played lots of salesman tactic games. Overall terrible experience.

Had an appointment to purchase a car, contacted general manager and salesman to State. I was on my way, after talking to the salesman numerous times texting an email informing him. I was on my way over an hour away as I got to the dealership someone came 15 minutes before me and purchased Vehicle without even notifying me that someone was there after I spoke and emailed and texted numerous times

Hi, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience. We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!
I recently bought a black Wrangler 4xe from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier! The Jeep is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and they gave me a great price on my trade-in. It even came with a guarantee like a new car, with effectively zero mileage. I'm also very grateful to the manager who helped me – I don't recall his name, but he was from Poland. Highly recommend this place

Hello, thank you so much for your feedback! Our team will be very happy to hear about your kind words and high star rating! We hope you continue to choose us for all your automotive needs! Take care!
Great for purchasing a used car, as they want your business. But 3 weeks later and a check engine light comes on, my husband calls and basically, it’s our problem. Before that, I would’ve strongly considered them for future purchases, not anymore!!! I understand it was purchased “as is” but 3 weeks approximately later, and a check engine light comes on??? Guess that’s how some places do business for no repeat customers.

We will work with you to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Andrew Ramus Customer Relations Manager Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (847) 298-0900
I called, but the name above, Andrew Ramus I was told does not work there anymore. I called back and asked for the new Customer Relations Manager and was transferred, that person took down my information for a “General Manager” to call me back.
