I bought my 2008 Porsche Cayenne from them. Otto and Daniel helped me and save me a lot of time and money in my purchase, really honest guys. Really nice showroom faciity located in the middle of Dallas. Great service, super easy going, very profesionals and accomodating. I never leave feedbacks for anybody but this company is worth my effort. I will definetly buy from them again!

They will Steal your money
This is the worst dealership out there, please beware they will steal your money. They ask for a deposit to hold the vehicle but will to sell to someone else before you can complete the purchase. They will then not refund your deposit even though they sold the car from under you. Very dishonest people and not trustworthy.

I am very sorry you feel this way. We signed a holding agreement for 7 days with a deposit where you agreed to the terms of "not refundable" before you put your deposit. We even give you 3 more days to secure funding but you couldn't find the appropriate APR. It was then after the 3 days that we put the unit back on the market. We did everything possible to help you out with the purchase. We also agreed to give you back half of your deposit which under the agreement, we shouldn't have but we did it anyways..... and you still put this type of comment. We respect and serve our customers with the utmost care and professionalism, we try to do always the right thing.
Not Customer Friendly
I recently traveled 1.5 hours to Brogs Auto to lookat and possibly purchase a 1999 GMC Suburban. This waa my second attempt to look at this vehicle. The first time, when I got there, the place was locked up and noone was answering the phone even though it was 2 hourds after they were supposed to be open. This time, I called before making the long drive. After speaking to the sales manager, he told me that the vehicle was still there, he was not sure why the lot was not open before (no apology, though), and that they would be open, so I did not need to schedule a test drive. I told hime I wason my way and that I would be there in about 2 hours and I was very interested. After being stuck in traffic, it took me about 2 and a quarter hours to get there. Upon arriving, I was told that one of his other salesman had just soldit, and that is the way retail goes. No apologies, no we really messed up, just oh well. A phone call stating that someone else was looking would have been appropriate to me. There are only 3 employees here, including the 'sales manager' that I spoke with. It appears to me that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Having the vehicle still on the lot but being told it was sold was very frustrating. Having been in retail for many years, I understand that if you have someone coming to look at something you tell the other people that we have someone else we have already talked to, if they are not here when they say, then, you cna look at it. At least, that is the way I was brought up..but I guess the rules are different in other countries. Be warned that the will sell the car out from under you.

Our apologies for the inconvenience but when you came in that day we were test driving units with 2 customers and our sales assistance was out sick, so we had to lock the gates. I remember talking to you and told you that the unit was available at the time and suggested to put a deposit because the unit was in high demand. You choose not to which is very understandable. That saturday you came in, there was another person who walked in and bought the vehicle 3 minutes before you did. Unfortunately there were no other unit at the price range you were looking for. So sorry for the misunderstanding.
Really pleasant experience with Otto & the team
Bought a Volvo from the Brogs team and we are very happy with the purchase. Car was clean, needed nothing and has driven very well thus far. Their new facility is terrific and the personal service we received was much more than you'd expect from a volume wholesaler. In this day and age, the used car business is a tough one but these guys seemed to be fair and honest dealers, I'd buy from them again.
