2016 Mazda 6
We knew we wanted a Mazda 6 but didn't want to be pressured or rushed into buying. Our sales associate Greg Fails was amazing. He gave us space to look, answered any questions we had and waited for us to decide and discuss our options. We could not have been happier with the process or the car! This is my 4th Mazda personally, and the 5th for our family. My husband switched from Lexus over to Mazda last year. I have kept my other 3 for 9 years and absolutely love the Mazda cars and have had nothing but great experiences with the dealership.

Called Jake Sweeney looking for a Mazda Speed 3 as someone had just totaled my son's car. Wanted to look at the same year/make & model which they happened to have on the lot. Their salesperson Greg Fails actually brought the car to me as I was without transportation and have an extremely hectic schedule. After a brief test ride made a fair market value deal for the car. Greg did everything imaginable to make my experience with Jake Sweeney extremely positive. Fast,friendly,affordable and excellent service
My experience at Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri County was phenomenal! I was extremely happy with the service I received from Mr. Greg Fails. He was friendly, fast and had a great knowledge of every car that he showed me. He made sure that I knew all the specs of the Mazda 3 that I purchased, he didn't pressure me into any car because he wanted the sell. I've been to other dealerships in the past and they didn't give the same treatment or service. I felt as if they just wanted the sell/money but Mr. Fails made me feel very comfortable. If any of my family or friends needed a car I'd definitely recommend Jake Sweeney Mazda. You guy rock!!!!
