Awesome customer service, excellent work my car..

They their customer service was very awesome and they fixed the part like they said they would and treated us very kindly thank you. Awesome

Kory is the man my wife and I went to look at a 12 Denali

Kory is the man my wife and I went to look at a 12 Denali thinking we'd never get approved but Kory and Troy made it happen. The truck is like brand new and the service was beyond great I'd highly recommend them.

WARNING OF FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES First you must understand how this business or businesses are set up. Luxury Motorsports - Dealer Trade Inc - Enrico Gilcreest, are ALL the same entity ran by the same owner. They run their business to the retail public under Luxury Motorsports. They handle their legal issues under the name Dealer Trade Inc., all owned and ran by Enrico Gilcreest. You can confirm this info by this link: www.buzzfile.com/business/Luxury-Motorsports-602-569-1400 They recently lost a civil court case for ODOMETER FRAUD in Arizona, here’s the link to the legal case: https://casetext.com/case/raatz-v-dealer-trade-inc-2 The reason I bring this up, is I know there is other pending litigation for similar fraudulent practices against this organization, that can not be commented on at this time. I would beware of buying anything from this organization. They obviously have a track record of fraudulent activities. If you buy something from this company after reading this, and get screwed over, it’s your own fault. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

wonderful visit :-)

i bought a car from these guys last month and honestly it was the friendliest experience with a car dealership ive ever had. i came in with just my friend and we’re both teenagers with little knowledge on cars and buying cars. the people working here (i belive they were ken, johathon, and markus, im bad at names💀) helped me find a good car, a good car loan that worked for me, and good insurence within 3 hours. since i didnt know much, they helped with all of the work with a smile. two months prior, i got into a really bad car wreck and since then ive been super anxious about driving again, but everyone who worked here was so patient and kind and worked with me on my own time. they felt like a family, everyone was wonderful and i felt super secure going here. the only issue was that the oil needed a change and so did the engine filter, so talk to them about repairs before you buy and leave, but i honestly would reccomend this place to anyone buying a car.

Worst experience of my life jp is a creep kept hitting on

Worst experience of my life jp is a creep kept hitting on my 17 yr old daughter. The advertised price was around 30k but paperwork showed 35 cause dealer prep it was a joke couldn't explain why the price was raised said it was for detailing jp the manager is disgusting she is seventeen you creepy old man leave kids alone

Happy out of state buyer

First time I've ever bought a car online, so I was a bit skeptical, they sent me pictures and videos of the car and it looked an excellent condition, but pictures can sometimes lie, and in this case they did. The car actually looked better in person than the pictures. The sales manager and the sales person g, we're very helpful in doing the paperwork that needed to be done especially since I was coming from out of state, not only that but they picked me up at the airport and took me back to the dealership. I drove the car for 27 hours straight back to Chicago with no issues whatsoever great car and great people at the dealership

Honesty is king.

Not quite sure if I would recommend them. They are very nice. Several things not working on this vehicle. E-Brake, & the horn. Which wouldn’t pass inspection if it were to be inspected. And a leak , not sure what it is, until we get it checked out. Ray went out of his way to lower the interest rate. We do appreciate the work. But honestly is truly the best policy. Not sure we got that.
