was towed there by roadside assistance after a flat tire late in the day, i.e., around 45 minutes before closing. Needed one new tire (but decided to buy two). everyone was very friendly and accommodating despite the late hour. Two new rear tires were promptly installed. Great service!

My ml350 was diagnosed 2 months earlier because I had a compressor problem. The diagnosis cost was outrageous and I remained to this day without air condition. And soon after that I am left with all sorts of warnings such as: ABS , ESP, Check Engine to name those along others . I started to wander if those things are not warrantied.

Very expensive for service.
Very expensive for service. They did not wash the car or vacuum which I normally receive as part of my service.

Good morning my name Gutemberg Araujo I am buy from you company in 08/11/2023 2019 Audi Etron and you told me I have 90 days warranty at any repair I have to do in my car , so after 10 days I star here noise at mi rear brakes and same pulsation time apply brakes , I Call Fabrizia (the best sale person I have deal and recommend ) she get me to a Manager and he say he can fix because his technician is on vacation , I am worry Is like 30 days already and they no call me back , I wait for 2 reason 1) is certify pre on vehicle from you dealer and this not have to happen on the short period time ... and I agree at times mistake or overhaul look same thing happening ...2 ) The Manager ask me what my complain and I told mi Brake squeak he say mi brakes squick and I don't worry , (this is his opinion not mi) and I say you going to fix mi brake and he say you treat me? No I just say and I try to shake his hand and he say no because I think you treat me , I buy the car with 40.535 and I have 90 Days or 3.000 MLS warranty from you people . Now I have 43.470 no fone call ... Please make this write for me I am work very hard to have mi thinks and nobody help me make mi money like Managers due , he lock to have the staff him have sow make the staff Proud fixe mi car thanks I wait for you call

Watch out...they will low ball your car's worth.
They tried to low-ball you by offering $4K less for my car than it was worth. They finally gave me what I told them it was worth or else I was walking away. After the purchase, I found out that the car manual was missing. They promised to provide the Manual for the new car which they never delivered on. I had to purchase it on ebay.
