I recently had a pleasant car purchase experience thanks to the terrific salesperson, Pablo Courtade. He was courteous, accurate and honest and went out of his way to make sure my purchase went smoothly. He also gave very appropriate and accurate advice on which of two models I was looking at. The VW finance end of things did not go as well (nothing to do with Pablo) as I caught an almost $2,700 error (not in my favor) that the finance person not only missed, but then argued with me about its accuracy (I was right). No apology just irritation that I didn't purchase additional warranty. I trust it was an honest error but make sure you check the math before you sign any finance documents!

Pablo is the best salesman I have ever done business with; he was honest, friendly and trustworthy. We came from out of state because we were visiting a family member and due to circumstances, we had to buy a car here… nevertheless, we thought it would be a nightmare and we would have to pay more than we wanted to, but, thanks to Pablo, we didn’t. From the moment we walked onto the property while here on vacation to when we drove off, Pablo and his coworkers were the most professional and courteous employees we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Pablo is a wonderful representative of the dealership and treated us like we really mattered. He wasn’t pushy and treated us with respect as well as did the other employees. The face he gave me his phone number to call if I have any problems with the car lot getting it serviced shows me that at this dealership they really care, Pablo especially!! I have bought many cars throughout my life and have always hated the process and think everyone else does as well. I was considering a VW and when I arrived , I was greeted by Pablo. Wow....what a breath of fresh air! From saying hello and all through the process did not sound like a salesman. He knew the brand extremely well and spike to me, my wife and also my kids like a regular person not like a fake sales guy looking for a sale, he felt genuine. We ended up in an Atlas without over paying for features we did not need as he pointed us to the one that had the features we had to have without the ones that we didn't! I have never had that from a sales person, they always want to sell the expensive ones. If you are lloking to buy a car...go see Pablo and experience what car buy should be like! Courteous, helpful, and extremely professional service. We came to the dealership with a particular car in mind, but unfortunately it wasn't something that was workable. Fortunately we had Pablo to work with, who was very patient, accommodating, and friendly throughout the whole process. He did suggest a car that, while more expensive, fit our circumstances a lot better, and never once did I feel hurried or pressured All of the staff at the dealership were very polite and knowledgeable, and the purchasing process was as transparent and straightforward as a vehicle purchase can be. It's a great dealership with professional staff and Pablo proves there is such a thing as an honest Car Salesman!
