Other than not wanting to do an out of state title paperwork very helpful and the vehicle was as advertised.

Words can hardly express how grateful my husband and I are for dealers like RossCo. Our salesman, Ricky, was a delight to work with; he was polite, down-to-earth, and respectful as he patiently walked us through the car purchase process. The vehicle was well-cared for, and so well-priced that we actually did not feel the need to negotiate it down any further! When asked for an itemization of the costs, he gladly wrote them out for us. When he found out we had not had a chance to look at the CarFax report, he quickly printed it off and gave it to us, explaining that the dealership actually pays for the CarFaxes of all vehicles in its inventory, so anyone buying from them will walk in with a well-informed decisión in mind. It’s clear to us that RossCo seeks to sell good cars, at ethical prices, while maintaining a calm, friendly, positive environment for both customers and coworkers. This is why we are happy to give them (and Ricky) a five star review.

It waa so easy to purchase this car. It was a really great deal, they were flexible and quick, and he even took an extra $100 since it was my daughter's first car. Will definitely go back when I need a car for myself!

Few years ago bought a 1998 saturn from them when i needed a work car. haggled a little on the price. Within 20 minutes I was out of there with a good work car. I honestly didnt expect much from the car but it lasted me a full year before it had major mechanical failure... Just thought I would add some positive feedback on deal.

Great buying experience. They have free carfax and I was able to take it to my own mechanic! He worked with me on the price to make the deal!

The Check engine light came on after 3 days and they denied turning it off. Fraud and unfriendly DO NOT BUY A CAR from them!

Went to Rossco's last Thursday, to buy a car from the back lot. Was there for 4 hours looking over the car, I wanted. I went up the street to Wells Fargo,to cash a check. I came back to the dealership to buy the car.I went into the office and gave Rick,the money for the car. After doing this, Rickey left the office and went outside for a few minutes. Upon returning to the office, Rickey and another staff member,said to me,that they decided not to sale the car to me. They gave no reason for this decision and started yelling at me told me to leave,or they would call the police.They did call the police,but I was not arrested. They did this to me and I'm still left wondering why ?

I went to 3 cities and 5 dealerships looking for a specific type of vehicle. Rossco was one of those dealerships. At each of the other places I visited I felt somewhat intimidated by the sales staff but not here at Rossco at all. Ricky was very friendly, professional and helpful. When diagnosing a possible issue with the car, he suggested exactly what I was thinking and we worked it out immediately. The price was half KBB suggested price, CarFax was exceptional and the car drove out better than any of the others I tried. How many dealers this size offer CarFax "free" report - none I've found! If I could give a higher score I would - extremely happy with value.

Ricky over at rossco gave me a very comfortable buying experience, he showed me his inventory in my range and even told me to take the vehicle to a mechanic for reassurance. My son is very satisfied with my purchase and says it runs great with just oil changes! Before I stopped at Rossco I went to three other dealers. They all tried to pressure me into buying their vehicles and were hesitant inspections . I didn't get that from rossco at all which is what's going to make me come back again. Thanks again Rossco!

After I totaled my explore I didn't have much to work with. Ricky was kind enough to show me his inventory and even describe his vehicles over the phone, I ended up buying an 06 escape from them under market value. It's been 8 months and the car is still running well. Thanks again rick
