horrible lot

I bought a 2003 crown victoria from this sorry lot back in January 2012 and after a like a month I found out this car had been wrecked and replaced with a new windshield and it didn't come out on the carfax u would think the dealership would of told me about it but you learn by your mistakes

I do not show you as a customer of Callahan Motor Company. There was not a purchase made by you for this car. I cant believe over 4 years later this is even a problem. I cant respond to something any better with more info. I believe you did not buy this from Callahan Motor Company.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!

I couldn't have asked for this to go any smoother and with people that were honest and willing to work with you. It didn't take long either, I filled out their online application and when I went the next day. They had the approval from the bank that they had acquired the financing through ready for me. They are not a "Tote-the-Note" car lot. They work with all kinds of credit. Mine was not anywhere near great since my divorce. My interest rate through Wells Fargo came back surprisingly good. The bank will even report to the credit bureaus to help me build mine back. They were upfront and worked with me on the down payment required, which was extremely reasonable. There were no surprises at the end of the financial paperwork which I have found often happens. It was just a matter of test driving a couple of them before I decided on the BMW. Within an hour the paperwork including evaluating my trade in, that I was handed the keys to my new BMW which is practically brand new with 50,000 miles on it. Lee was the sales agent that helped me and I would recommend his services to anyone. He is friendly, personable and not out to just sell you a car, he truly cares that you get what you want at a good price and are happy. James Callahan, the owner was there and came and spoke to us, talked to us about the BMW we decided on. We got a carfax report,. They were honest, and rarely does the owner spend the time to make sure the people buying from his car lot are happy but Lee and James and everyone there was so wonderful. I will buy every car from them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know as too many of us have been burned when buying a car, especially a used car. They have really quality cars. Everyone I drove had been gone over obviously from top to bottom and there wasn't anything wrong with any, they were all nice, the BMW won my heart. Shop with confidence. You won't regret it. They really take the headache out of a big purchase like this. Thanks so much!

2008 f-250 sales staff AWESOME

I had an excellent experience with sales staff, Mark was the gentlemen I bought my 2008 f-250 from yesterday . The price of the vehicle was below market value and I f I had a questions the sales staff wasted no time answering them

If you're looking for a 1st car for teenager....

We have bought 2 vehicles in the last 90 days. Both low millage, even though they both were over 10 years old. You don't get the games other sales locations play. It's true, as other review have pointed out. Not all their cars are perfect. But, the price is adjusted depending on the condition of the vehicle. If you have the need for a used car you can find a fair deal at Callahan. There are several locations that we had shopped around, with no fair deals to be found.

No Deal!!!!!

Ragedy cars, Lack of service!!!!!! Dirty cars , Battery deaad so no test driving , lost interest in patronizing this establishment

Great service

I was there to just look at first and had no idea i would end up getting a truck. Mark was very helpful and very nice and showed me everything i needed to know about the truck and overall i had an amazing experience.

Great overall experience!

Mark was great. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and he made the process easy and understandable. He was very professional and friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues even after the purchase was made. The ac went out in the vehicle I purchased 8 days later. I called Mark and let him know what was going on and the dealership paid for all of the repairs. Great overall experience!

Great Used Car Purchase Experience at CMC

I had a great experience shopping for a quality used car for my high school graduating son. Callahan Motor Company (CMC) had a large inventory of automobiles to choose from. No 'pressure' to buy from the CMC sales representative. I searched over the state of Texas for a few weeks to find the right car at the right price . . my journey led me to the Callahan Motor Company. Ed Ribinskas was excellent! If you are looking for a quaility used car, ask for Ed!! I test drove about seven (7) cars from the CMC lot and not once did Ed wince or pressure me to buy. He followed up with me in a timely manner on any questions that I had on the car that I was targeting to purchase. I strongly recommend Callahan Motor Company if you are in the market to purchase a used car.
