Outstanding Sales & Service

My wife & bought a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT from Callahan Motors May 20th in Keller, TX. What a pleasure it was dealing with the entire staff. It's obvious that James Callahan & his Manager, Lee own and operate a first class dealership. From the sale through the financing & extended warranty purchase was outstanding! Unfortunate bad shopping experience

Horrible one-on-one experience with a Callahan rep. Unfortunately the pathetic customer service by this rep affects the overall impression of CMC. Better hiring and/or better training is needed. He is obviously not motivated by integrity or listening to a potential customer. Too interest in his own agenda while being deceitful.

Excellent service

I stopped by n tlk to Ed n he was a nice guy to wrk with. He helped me find the truck that was looking for. Lee the finance manger helped me out when nobody else would. He made the car I had to trade in with the negative equity wrk. I called the lot the next day n said I have a few things that need to be done n they took care of it with no problem. I tell you I would even go done thier to hang out. They are a good bunch of people thier. Everybody was real nice n down to earth. I would defiantly buy another truck thier n I would recommend them to anybody. So if ur in the market for a vehicle Callahan motor company would be the place to go. Thnks again guys..... Jeremy

Ed was great, represented the truck well and was a pleasant overall experience even though they did not accept the prequalified roadloans I had.

Kind service, great experience

Came in with my elderly mom to find her a new car to go back and forth in her daily routines. The salesman was very helpful in selecting the right vehicle for her, I didn't even feel the need to shop around. Glad I came here first

These guys are life savers

I had just moved to Fort Worth with my wife because of her new job, and we only had one car. Being tight on money, we had a small down payment and they were able to get us approved on a really nice toyota camry. My biggest thanks to them!

great customer care and fair prices

I was in search of a new truck, most vehicles I saw online that I liked were at this dealership. So I went up there, was greeted by a salesman, looked at a few trucks and found one that the wife and I really liked, 98 chevy suburban 4x4. Test drove and checked it over and decided thats what I wanted. They offer good prices on there vehicles. Once I got to the buying process it was only like a 20 minute process. The staff is all about customer satisfaction. The owner likes to interact with the customers too, he was out talking to my wife and kids. You dont get that kind of service at the big dealerships. This is a good place to go if your looking for a vehicle.

Sell frame damaged cars without disclosure

Sold me a frame damaged car. When I bought the vehicle the damage was not disclosed to me from Callahan Motor Company. Also I ran the carfax on it and the only thing that came up was minor damage from a rear end accident (minor was specified and with no air bag deployment) and no frame damage was on the carfax report. However, when I went to trade it in 2 1/2 years later the Ford dealership ran the vehicle through a program called "autocheck" and there was frame damage reported not once but THREE times from the year 2008.. The car was sold to me (before TT&L) for $13,000! No wonder they have such a large inventory, they buy cars from the auction meant to be sold only for scrap and parts and sell them to unknowing people for 13 grand! Talk about crappy business practices. And the fact that someone in this company feels it necessary to come on this site and leave rude replies to people who give bad reviews astonishes me, and least pretend to have some class!

Dealer response

How can we notify you of frame damage if we are not aware. We are obligated by law to notify you of any damage we are aware of. We also encourage all consumers take the vehicle to a mechanic before purchasing the vehicle. If the car fax was clean there was no wrong intended. I apologize for the problem. If you would have come back to us I am sure we could have resolved this amicably

Kind and Professional

This is not a new car dealer with a fancy building and high commissioned sales staff. It is a lot with nicely maintained cars, a simple welcoming location, and staff dressed casually. We loved our experience, and the sales staff worked with our insurance total loss department. I will visit again

Great service, easy buying experience.

I came in with my daughter looking for her first car, with nothing in mind, only a price range. the salesman were very generous, and helpful in selecting the right car for her. I would recommend this dealership to anybody.
