Beautiful showroom. Very friendly and attentive staff. Provided in depth information on vehicle I was considering. Definitely exceeded expectations.

I love my Alfa, but Northside has been terrible in the

I love my Alfa, but Northside has been terrible in the customer service department. I first went to get my second oil change at about 12 miles and thought the first year of maintenance was free. Well, it is 12 months or 10K miles, which is fine, but someone should have said that. Instead, I got "you're lucky they did the first one, we don't even do that anymore," and "hey, well at least you got the first one free." Just tell me I have too many miles on my car. Lack of knowledge, and then turning that into just being a jerk. Second time, my battery went dead and I replaced it, knowing a battery would not be covered under warranty. Well, I screwed up a couple wires on the negative cable. It took them two hours to fix the negative terminal, they would not let me take it some where else since they had already done a "pull test" for 250 dollars. It should not take 260/hours mechanics two hours to change a negative terminal. Bottom line, I should have been able to take it somewhere else. Now, it is there again. The battery I had installed, which they checked out during their "pull test" is not good, and now I have to pay $250 to get it removed and reinstalled. I get I messed up those cables. I paid for it. Now I get to pay more. This dealership should not be trusted with your hard earned Alfa. I even bought my car here. AND it is under warranty. So, about $1000 for a battery, and counting.

Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. My buying experience was excellent, very smooth and streamlined. The selection of cars is amazing, I drove 50 miles as they had three cars I was interested in looking at. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Kevin was thorough and made my visit to buy my son his first vehicle a breeze. We spoke on the phone prior to my appointment and he had the truck ready to go when we arrived. I don’t think I have ever spent so little time at a dealership going through the buying process! Everything from the establishment to the staff was great. Highly recommended!
