Don't Bother
Experience so bad, I'm writing my first review on Yelp. The rest of the reviews lay it out pretty well; no integrity, slimy practices. We were all set to come up and by a Jeep. They were supposed to send a form for the deposit. We waited, sent emails, no response. I get a call hours later that they had actually sold the jeep and were just making sure the financing went through. If they were straight forward, we could have at least kept the search going. Instead of having another option for us, they give me a lead on a Jeep in Irvine. Don't bother with this place especially their sales manager James Garwick and salesperson Chris Lakatos.

Waiting time at the writing up was to long.They replaced a fuse from the power (12 v)in the dash and now the power in the trunk is not working.

Very slow service Department.
It took me several phone calls and one entire day to obtain an answer/make an appointment. I kept getting the answering machine. When I finally spoke with someone, they gave me the wrong answer. I was told I did not have any more oil changes in my package when in fact I had one left. I tried again the following day to call the service department and was finally assisted by ALEX who was outstanding.

Amazing Experience! I would not go anywhere else!
Great experience at Autonation made possible by Phil who works in the service department. Everyone was really nice but Phil went above and beyond to make sure my experience was not only pleasant, but he was so nice and helpful that it affected every other area of my life as well. A little kindness can really change someone's life, especially when going through a dark time, I never thought I would say this about a car service visit, but that is how wonderful this experience was.
