Inexplicable! Somehow, only God knows how, the stars aligned and my neighbor Patrick recommended me to a dealership in Hoover, AL when I was seriously considering purchasing the automobile of my dreams. Well, from that inquiry to the time of delivery of that car was less than 1 day. No way! Not once but twice! There it was, make, model, color interior everything I was looking for right there in front of me. I just knew someone had already spoken for it. My heart beat skipped when Lauren Bush told me it would be mine. What happened later on was purely a dream to find an even better version of the same car with a way better package to carry home. Unbelievable, and even to find me a better financing package. Holy cow, this team went to bat for me and knocked it out of the park!. I have to say that from the showroom staff’s professional and courteous help from the very beginning (even entertaining and spending time with my 2 yr. old son) through the signing and tag/title/insurance process with Chandler Miller was not only smooth but …..well, FUN and ENTERTAINING! Seriously! I have already recommended several friends and family to check out the Hendrick Dodge Chrysler Jeep Eagle experience. I am nowhere close to being an expert in this field, but I have spent my share of time and have been trained in the arts of interpersonal communication, management, sales, marketing advertising, partially regarding automotive performance and appearance. That should count for something, right? So, my call on Hendrick Dodge and the entire family? Championship performance! 5 1/2 stars. A+ No real surprise. Totally expected and delivered.
