Bought a car there, from day one car is giving problems and they keep giving the run around To not fix the car. Cant be dishonest

Absolute worst car buying experience in my life. They made repairs on the vehicle I purchased with electrical tape. Too cheap to buy the $45 replacement part, so they resort to tape as the fix for a hole in my charge pipe! The more my mechanic digs, the more problems he finds. These guys are professional con-artists. They will sell you an absolute lemon knowing you will have little recourse after the fact.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! My fiancé purchased an Audi A8 back in December. He was sold a lemon, the vehicle had all types of electrical , engine and transmission issues which valued out more then the vehicle is worth. They do not honor the warranty and told us to take the car somewhere else. They are the biggest frauded dealers in the state of Connecticut. We are in the process of seeking legal help to get a full refund for this vehicle. I AM WARNING YOU !

Scam artist!!Stay away!! Bought BMW from Bes the owner.I paid in full .2 months later still haven't received title.Called DMV.HE NEVER SENT IN PAPERWORK.DMV INVESTIGATING.Also after 2 wks BMW leaking large amounts of oil.They refuted to fix after giving me a month warranty.Horrible business owners!

Bought a 2010 BMW 335D and had it shipped. Was told by the salesman / owner Bes Fera and Ray They had been driving the car for a couple of weeks and that it was perfect and would drive it anywhere. The car is a piece of s**t. the a/c doesn't cool, brakes are frozen up, passenger seat belt doesn't work, lights are not functioning properly among other things. The best part is they will not answer the phone or respond to text at this point. RUN FROM THIS DEALER AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN

I went a bunch of different places looking for a Toyota Highlander or Honda Pilot, and: A) It was nearly impossible to find one I considered to be a good price; and B) I thoroughly disliked working with the sales people at most places (esp. the wholesale places). Platinum Auto is a small place, and parking is a bit cramped, but I'm not there to circle the lot or park; I was there to buy a car. And I got a good one for a great price, traded in my old Explorer and worked with honest, helpful people. Super-efficient yet thorough paperwork process, only maybe 30 minutes (at big dealerships, it sometimes takes HOURS for that stuff). Five stars from me, and though I don't believe in trashing a company I barely worked with, I wouldn't give most of the dealers in the area more than maybe 3 stars.
