I was greeted and welcomed in the reception area by a prompt, courteous gentleman. Service provided by Tyler in the Service Dept. was exceptional and thorough! However, the Sales Dept. offer made on my old Highlander was extremely low. Going to another dealer to sell with a firm KBB offer.
