The staff at Bohn Toyota were very pleasant to work with, to include my sales person Richard, managers Eric and Patti, and Brian over in Finance. They were open to negotiating, getting me down as low as they could. After my first visit, they followed up but did not pester me to come back in. It felt like they actually cared to ensure I was having a positive shopping experience. This dealership earned my business and trust quickly with their professionalism, transparency, and flexibility. Highly recommend Bohn Toyota to those in search of a newer used vehicle!

Had an appointment for 2:30 for oil change.
Had an appointment for 2:30 for oil change. I waited at the dealership for my vehicle. I was not notified my vehicle was ready. I had to go ask about it. The service advisor said he just texted me. I never received a text and then he said I opt out for text. I was in the waiting room and he never even announced that my vehicle was ready. It was 4:00 and I noticed my vehicle in the parking lot and that is how I knew my vehicle was ready. I will never use Bohn Toyota for service again.
