I like the sales staff and the service department.

I like the sales staff and the service department. This dealership was the only one that I visited that had what I wanted and spent time with me choosing the right vehicle.

For reference, I'm writing this review on 4/29/25.

For reference, I'm writing this review on 4/29/25. My vehicle needed new tires and an alignment. I had already scheduled an alignment online but wanted to add tires to my service. I called the morning of 4/24/25 and spoke to Mike about my needs. He emailed me some tire options and asked me to call him back with my decision. So, I chose the tires and called him back. He then told me I need to talk with someone else to order the tires and then call him back to schedule the service. He transferred my call to the other person but they did not answer, so I left a message with all the details. As of today, I have not heard back from that person. However, I called again later on 4/24/25 to try again. I spoke with someone that told me they will check the inventory for those tires and tell Mike to call me to schedule. As of today, I have not heard back from that person either. So, I waited until 4 pm on 4/25/25 to try yet again. I spoke to yet another person that told me Mike was busy but they would relay my message. As of today, neither Mike or that other person have called me back. So, I show up to my service date the morning of 4/29 to drop off my vehicle for the alignment. The drop off was quick and the shuttle service was great. I had an older gentlemen but I can't remember his name. He was very good. However, I was contacted by the service tech, Guillermo, stating the alignment could not properly be performed because my tires were too worn. So now Im without new tires AND an alignment. Mind you, if anyone would have called me back before today, the tires could have been ordered and put on. I asked the available service tech, Tyler, if they could offer any discount as a way to right their wrong. The only thing he offered was already existing promotions that are available to everyone. I would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here and especially not working with Mike.

Bought my Highlander from Bohn, almost 7yrs ago.

Bought my Highlander from Bohn, almost 7yrs ago. Customer service ... QUALITY customer service ... has always been excellent! I would be hard pressed to come up with ways to improve it. The only things might be if they would wash the car before giving it back! Or, pick up the car & return it, but then l'd need other reasons to get out of the house.
