Guillermo needs to be shadowed longer as a new employee.

Guillermo needs to be shadowed longer as a new employee. He attempted to sell me 54 clips instead of just five. If one of his coworkers hadn?t caught the mistake and I had been desperate, I might have ended up paying for all of them without realizing it.

In the Houston area I was struggling to find the exact

In the Houston area I was struggling to find the exact truck I wanted; primarily because dealerships kept adding extra garbage on (clear car bra? No thanks!!!). None of them seemed to want to help me find exactly what I wanted. Bohn never gave me issues. My sales rep, Darryl, and I communicated via email and text several times until he finally found a truck still in factory that fit what I was looking for. He was extremely patient with me as I was very excited waiting for the truck to arrive and pestered him a bit. Once it did arrive I drove to NOLA and the entire process went as smooth as I could possibly imagined. I bought my 2013 Camry local and was too young and stupid to catch all the garbage they were throwing at me. This time I was extremely prepared. But I didn't need to be; Bohn just never tried any of that with me. Can't thank them enough!!! I love my new truck!
