I went to leave home this Saturday morning and found my

I went to leave home this Saturday morning and found my car not starting. I called the service department and my regular advisor Victor was on the line. I brought the car in and even though the place was crowded he got me in and out in about an hour with my new battery. He always finds a coupon or away to help his customers. Victor is an Asset to your company.

My service agent was great. His name was Victor. He was timely and calling me about what repairs need to be done to my car. Great service

Said they could not rotate tires even though they did

Said they could not rotate tires even though they did them the last time. Said could not remove lug nuts and wanted me to buy new ones.

They took much longer than they said to install the tints

They took much longer than they said to install the tints on the windows. I just wish they had let me know so I could plan better.
