Dealer did not honor, their quote for my normal oil change. See they change the rules. If it’s not the brand car they charge different wasn’t explained. Been getting all changes there for a while lack of communication.

Bohn Serviced my truck today for repairs performed about three months ago. Ms. Nina my service advisor was as courtesy as the first day I met her. The technician was able to diagnose and repair my truck. The waiting area is spaces, amenities ( water, coffee) are available. A great place to go.

I came in for a oil change with a appointment for 7:30am.
I came in for a oil change with a appointment for 7:30am. I spent 2 hours waiting & then they add charges that was not authorized. Some kind of 12 point inspection. I will not be getting any oil change there again.

Fast service on time.
Fast service on time. Usually get my work done in one day. Courtesy ride home in the mornings. Competent professional staff. Not cheap, but I always feel that I got what I paid — trustworthy technicians and dependable service.
