Unsatisfied customer
All I needed was to get my tire fixed or changed after 2 1/2 hrs didn't get nothing done and came home with a donut on my car. Come back tomorrow maybe we can get info we need from the Lady for your safeguard service contract. I didn't have a problem contacting them I don't know why they were having a problem. Also it was stated that bcuz I bought my car in MS the treatment . Shouldn't be bcuz I contacted y'all 1st never got a conversation about it. I knew exactly what I wanted and I wasn't even trying to Dickerson with the price. I get I didn't come across as a serious buyer who knows. I even mentioned that I had a pre-approval. Sent me some forms and said I needed a $1000 deposit. That was fi e but can we at least have a conversation. No follow-up. I guess y'all didn't need the sale.

Brian Carter is the worst salesman EVER.
Brian Carter is the worst salesman EVER. Don’t buy from him. He promised that I had first dibs on a truck and sells it out from under me all while running my credit knowing that I already had a letter of intent from my credit union but was using the fact to increase the sales price on the truck to another buyer to make more money on the sale. The crooked sales manager was no better knowing that he was doing it when I called to talk to him and tell him about the situation and he didn’t even care laughing about it saying that they’re in front of me right now making the sale and that I’m not. Wish I could give them less than 1 star because they are nowhere close to being that. CROOKED SALES TEAM THEY ALL SHOULD BE FIRED. Customer service is not their first priority they putting money in their pockets is.

Victor my service man is A+. The female at Bohn Brothers in the service department attitude is BAD. They are very confrontational.

Everything was perfect.
Everything was perfect. The service rep, the cost, and the timing. It was most appreciated that they took me in so fast in the late part of the day when i arrived. First class!
