I purchased 2 new vehicles from Banner Chevrolet. Whenever my vehicles need service I always take it to them. I can count on the service being done correctly... and in a timely manner. Terrible service I was charged for nothing. My vehicle was never serviced I picked it up after almost 2 long months with it being in the shop and it?s... remains to have the same problems. Terrible place of business

My salespeson Billy is an excellent worker. He explains the work that is needed in detail and is always patient. I had roughly about $1400. 00 worth... of repair. Also, I requested that my tires be rotated and they were. However, I heard a humming noise in my car toward the front of car and I did notify Billy which he had some workers to check. It was determined that my tire was a directional tire and rotated going the wrong way. I am concerned about this because this had happened before but I did not report. When I went to SAM's to purchase a tire, the rep told me that my tire was put on the wrong way and the rep showed me that the arrow was not going the right way so it way place correctly on car. My concern is that Banner Tire expert rotated my tires again and did not recognize and say anything about the tire. The Tire Rep should know about these types of tires (directional) but did not and the tire was causing the rubbing sound. Billy explained to me what the problem was and explained to me about the directional tire and what I needed to do to stop the noise. I purchase a new tire about $ 230 to be put on my car. I believe that more training should be done with the workes who rotate tires, because it is apparent, they do not know about Directional Tires and what it can cause. They work with cars, trucks on a daily basis and should have know about this when the tires were rotated. This caused inconvenience for me to come back and bring my car in for servicing again. Really, I was not too please about this tire concern. Employees who work with rotating tires need Training.
