Great 2023 chevy purchase

Banner has a Great staff, and they are very knowledgeable about their product. I was in the dealership within the hour and finalized my 2023 truck purchase?no hassle, tricks, or gimmicks. I highly recommend Banner Chevrolet for your next auto purchase. Good service is hard to find, but they provided excellent customer service, and I will buy from them again. Give Banner a try today, and you will be glad you did.

My Salesman Craig was very professional he got me in and

My Salesman Craig was very professional he got me in and out very quickly.The finance manager is one I have a problem with,He had me sign up for a warranty I really didn't understand.After about a year later I decided to cancel that warranty,I had no problem cancelling the warranty. Within 7 days the warranty was cancelled and the check was sent to the Finance manager. It took me calling and emailing him to send the check to my Finance Company.It took 7 days to send it to him,but it took 4 months for him to send it to my Finance Company. I'll never do business with that Finance Manager ever again.

The sold me a broke truck

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Banner Chevrolet. On October 2, 2021, I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado from Mr. Lee (who promised me it was in great condition) because I needed a truck for my new job position, and transportation for my daughters to get to and from school. I have been very dissatisfied with my purchase. A few days after purchasing "my new truck" my check engine light came on stating"oil pressure low, stop engine." I called my sales associate and he told me to bring it in, to get it fixed. Not, only was I promised that the car was in good condition at the time of purchase, I now realized it wasn't fixed after I took it back. I'm having the same problem yet again and the truck isn't a year old. I brought it to Banner to get fixed again and wasn't offered a loaner for my inconvenience. It's been two weeks since I dropped it off and I have yet to be contacted with any information. I have to pay for rides to work and my daughters to get to school which is a total inconvenience. My warranty is almost up and it's obviously not a grantee that my truck will be done correctly. I was told that the last time it wasn't throughly looked at, so, the problem wasn't fixed completely. How should I feel comfortable with them doing the job correctly this time?

Poor Customer Service/ Vehicle issue not resolved

This experience I encountered was very horrible, and I still have no results on my vehicle, which is only 3 years old. I have been told many different things what may be the issue, however nobody can give me actual facts. How is the dealership not able to tell me what is wrong with the vehicle? How does the dealership tell me, “they think “ this is wrong, replaced a part(in April) I still was having the same issue weeks later after the service in April, I bring the vehicle back on June 4(towed) in, however it gets worse with the “Poor Customer Service “ I received from Louis (lack of communication, not responding to voicemails/no call on updates) upon arriving to go check on my vehicle, poor customer service, I spoke Richard Scallian- Manager, the most disrespectful, non concerned person, body language displayed was not pleasing, lack of concern, talking to me as I was NOT a customer, who pays his salary, not to mention he displayed body language, by leaning towards me, with a step towards me as if he wanted to hit me! I was very disappointed as to how the manager Richard responded, and still unable to give any results, no apology or anything, if this is who Banner have to represent them as a manager, this man will be the result of loosing businesses, Why would I want to purchase a vehicle from here, if I can not get quality customer service from the service department/ manager Richard? It does not add up! Upon arrival back inside to obtain his manager contact information Rene Harvey, Danny who was assisting me , who was by the far the only person who was nice to me in attempts to try and find out how can he help out the customer…. I just so happened to look to my right(looking outside the window) I received a response from Dotsy - the Receptionist “ who are you talking to?” With attitude.. I stated I’m sorry ma’am, but I don’t think I said anything to you… Dotsy - the Receptionist responded “ You looked in my direction “ so I’m turn my response ma’am I’m actually looking out the window, not to mention I did not say 1 word to Dotsy.. so now as a angry customer I can’t look out the window? Which is located near her desk? I don’t feel like a paying customer, not to mention the two biggest investments a person makes in their life is mostly a house and a vehicle… not to mention my vehicle still in the Same condition.. now I’m afraid to drive the vehicle because it’s a possibility I will be stuck out and will have ti get it towed for the 3rd time, due to this dealership not able to figure out the issue. Was I as nice as I should have been? Not at all. I do apologize for my actions, however for every action there is a reaction! Poor Customer Service extremely from Richard Scallian !!!!!
