STAY AWAY FROM THIS 1 STAR DEALERSHIP
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ONLINE!!!! My first interaction with this dealership was exceptional with Anthony R. so exceptional I was able to purchase a vehicle in under 24 hours. When I spoke with Anthony R. I asked several questions about the vehicle’s wheel condition and body condition and asked him to send pictures of the what he thought was the most damaged areas. I was sent several pictures of the front bumper with minor rock chips. I also asked about floor mats and was told they were included. So we signed the deal. Several days later, as discussed when the deal was signed, my husband picked up the vehicle from the dealer on a long trip from Indiana. Shortly after he left the check engine light came on. The dealer was already closed. So I called the next morning and was instructed it was bad gas (the vehicle requires premium) and to run it through, still no change in light. Either way, if unleaded gas was put in this vehicle it was done by their dealership, as Rich T. suggested. So I call again and get told to go to autozone and have them clear the code. Autozone states it is unsafe to clear check engine lights and they cannot do that. So again call the dealership to be told there is nothing they can do and to drive it home until they are able to hear from their general manager on Tuesday after 2:00. This time rolls around and still zero communication so I call and speak with Otis Flowers, who states he is the fill in general manager, as their general manager was fired this morning. I find this awfully suspicious as the sales person, Rich T, I spoke with the previous day said the general manager was out on vacation until 2:00 the next day. Either way after speaking to Otis in regards to all of the issues I have with the vehicle the only solution offered is to drive the vehicle back 4 hours and wait an ENTIRE day to get it fixed and then drive 4 hours back so not only would I be paying for fuel I would also have to find a place to stay as they are not offering a vehicle to drive while they fix mine. Attached is a picture of the 3” scratch on the trunk that was not mentioned as well as the window sticker that was left on the vehicle with all of the sticker residue for me to turn around and drive with in my view. The sticker residue left on the vehicle is 100% a clear picture of the customer service you will receive from this dealership after the deal is done. I received a vehicle that had the sales manager, Rich T even said he had been driving by himself, and it looks exactly that way. He had been driving this car for several weeks and drove it in that day and handed the keys over to me with not even a walk around the car to see any damages. All 4 tires were missing valve stem caps, an easy $1 fix for a company that prides theirselves on customer safety and satisfaction. I was charged a $1,995 used car prep fee as well. One would think that would include valve stem caps, a car detail, sticker removal, and a full oil change. The oil life was at 83% when I received this vehicle. Gas was at half a tank of fuel. All very inexpensive things, aside from the bumper, that one would expect from a dealership that screams customer satisfaction as their goal. In fact, after you purchase a vehicle you are promptly sent a link to review their service on multiple platforms. So now I have a car that won’t start on top of a towing charge to get the vehicle towed 400 miles away to their dealership because this is the only way they will fix the car. If you’re looking to turn your dream car buying experience into a complete nightmare reach out to the team, Big Rich, Little Anthony, and top dog Otis Flowers at Platinum Used Cars the 1 star team in Alpharetta Georgia!!!

Superb Customer Service!
Amazing customer service throughout the entire process. We worked with Frank and can not say enough good things about the way he handled the sale. Very knowledgeable and informative and went above and beyond even staying late to pick my husband up from airport! Otis in financing was very easy to work with and last but not not least, Rich approved a great deal to ensure customer satisfaction. We will definately be repeat customers, and that means something since we live in NC!

This company had terrible customer service in showing me...
This company had terrible customer service in showing me the cosmetic damages done to a vehicle I purchased. The car fax said minor but after buying the SUV I noticed a cheap paint repair, also the trunk has a leak when it rains and the manager Richard doesn’t even want to help fix the issue. I feel I was taken advantage of being a woman making a vehicle purchase.

RUN. UNPROFESSIONAL. TRASH
THE ABSOLUTE WORST VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I applied for financing for a 2020 Tesla online prior to going to the car lot and was approved by two banks. When the salesman (Juan) called me, he advised me of the approval and told me how much my monthly note would be. I then inquired about the interest rate of the vehicle and how much the total price would be at which point the salesman told me that he would have the finance manager give me a call shortly with that information. After a few minutes Juan called me back and asked me if I was interested in coming to the car lot to test drive the vehicle. After making it to the car lot and test driving the vehicle, I went inside with the salesperson and was advised that the sales manager was drawing up the final documents. I then inquired again about the interest rate and Juan advised me that he wasn't sure and that the paperwork would be out shortly. Juan told me that the finance manager wanted to secure my deposit of $2500.00 for the vehicle. While I thought it was odd that I hadn't signed my documents yet and they wanted a payment, I gave them my credit card for the deposit because I was serious about the purchase. When the paperwork came out, I began signing documents with Juan at which point I inquired again about the interest rate and the final cost of the vehicle. Juan shuffled to the back of the paperwork and showed me that the final price of the 49,000 Tesla with interest was 79,000. When I saw the final price, I immediately advised them that I wasn't interested in continuing the sale. By this time the finance manager came out to talk me into buying the car. With the bill of sale in front of me, I then wrote in large letters VOID across the document and the Finance manager who was sitting across the desk from me, stood up, and attempted to snatch the paperwork out of my hand after yelling that I couldn't write VOID on their paperwork. (I'd only signed about 10 pages out of the 30 or so pages in the packet) I took a picture of the voided docs and then they were taken from me by the finance manager who then yelled that he wouldn't be giving me my deposit because down payments all final. What kind of respectable business would take a customer's money and attempt to push a sale on them without fully disclosing all charges? A customer has the right to decline a purchase at any time during the process. I applied for this vehicle, was approved, and at the lot in less than an hour, and never advised of any policy regarding down payments not being refunded. This place is beyond shady and unprofessional!!! I've called multiple times since in hopes of handling this civilly and have yet to receive my money back or an apology from their management team. I WOULDN'T RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.
