I arrived at 11 for oil change The girl at counter was terrible she diverted my appointment to 2 hours with her disrespectful attitude she should be removed. Her name is Tiffany not sure I will ever return. My license plate light is broken I have been there 3 times for this only to have lightbulbs replaced that is not the problem it’s the element holding the bulb . Tiffany lied said part was there after my oil change and they would fix it this would be a 45 minute wait . The part was never there and my time wasted by Tiffany. I have had this car 13 months 3 times to fix and still not resolved

It was my 4th visit for the same problem. 8:30 appt, asked if I was waiting which I was. At 11:30 I checked to see the progress. They hadn't even moved the van from the parking lot. Said they were backed up with other vehicles. Didn't tell me that when I got there. Appointments mean it's your time to be seen. I have another appointment tomorrow at 700. I hope this time will be better.

It took 3 1/2 months to get my car fixed. I'm still waiting to see all the paperwork.

I had my truck in for service, they did not only do an excellent job, but they gave me a video I asked for explanation and they had the mechanic come out and explain and show the results I was blown away by their integrity and did everything to help us understand and satisfy upon leaving. I lost my wallet and called and they found it and I was able to come back and pick it up.
