Purchased a Honda CRV on 9/24/2015 at this dealership.

I bought my new Honda CRV from Patrick Donohue. From the minute I walked through the door I knew immediately that I had the right salesman for us in Patrick. He spent a lot of time with both me and my husband, answered all of our questions, and took us for a test drive. From the first moment we got into the car he explained all of the exemplary features with us. In addition, Patrick is not a "pushy" salesperson and he is very upfront and honest when you ask him a question and that is what I really like about him. Patience with customers is another one of his virtues. He is extremely customer oriented and goes "above & beyond" for his customers. He has the kind of honesty that you don't find in many car salesmen, and I would certainly recommend Honda of Plymouth and Patrick Donohue to all of my friends. He is a very special gentleman and I feel that I am in good hands in the future knowing that he is a big part of this wonderful dealership.

Winning!!!!! Go nowhere else but here! Like no other!

My 22 year old daughter was interested in purchasing a Honda and asked for my assistance since I've been in sales all my life. She had in mind what she wanted to pay and what her monthly payments would be and she was afraid that salesmen would convince her to a higher payment so she begged me to go. Reluctantly, I went. I was charged to get into an argument and pumped that I had to do all the talking and fighting too make sure my daughter wasn't going to get taken advantage of. Guess what? Not only did they stay within our parameters the monthly payment my daughter wanted was LOWER than expected!!! Who does this? I've purchased several cars and trucks for my kids and family and this has NEVER ever happened to me or any of my kids. Not only were the salesmen happy to be at worked they were also asking if we needed anything like drinks etc. Our salesman Eduardo was more than happy to repeatedly bring me bottled water. He genuinely smiled through the entire transaction. Here's the better part, ready? When it came to the being financed I specifically told the finance manager what payment my daughter needed to be in. He came back with a VERY GOOD interest rate that impressed me because I thought I was going to have to argue that too! I was so shocked I was almost afraid to put my guard down because I thought this process was too simple. When my daughter went the next day to pick up the car the finance manager found a BETTER interest rate!!!! Again, who does that??? Well aparently this dealership does. I have nothing bad to say about anyone I came in contact with, not even with the bow tied sales manager. Everyone was pleasant and happy to be at work. As a sales professional who has worked in the sales industry all my life I have to say this dealership has got it right. Keep going Plymouth Honda and sell lots of cars! You guys rock!!! By the way, I have 3 other adult children that I would not hesitate for a second to send them there alone to buy a car!!! Oh, and I forgot one more thing, the price of the car was exactly where I wanted to be!!! Like I said in the title "Winning"!

Best service ever!

I needed a hitch put on my new Honda Accord. We just bought our car from the Tufankjian family dealership, so when I needed help installing the hitch so I could tow my bikes, they did over and above what I could have expected. Barry Siegal was GREAT! He got was honest and explained all that needed to be done. The price i paid was less than he quoted. They even polished my car. To say I am happy and pleased with the service is putting it mildly.

Great Experience

When my 2013 Pilot had water leaking into the driver side, I was really nervous to bring it in to be repaired. As soon as I drove into the service area, everyone I dealt with was kind and very helpful. Barry went out of his way to solve the problem. I will be coming back next time that I need service. I could not have had a better experience.

Easiest car purchase of my life

My Subaru was getting old and I have been putting off the new car purchase because I hate dealing with the whole system. I think we can all agree. Well I was shocked at how easy John Fritts at Tufankjian honda made this purchase the best experience I've ever had. He met me at the door and just listened to what I was looking for. He never pressured me into anything. He was on my side, trying to help me get into the best car for ME. I got a much nicer car at a price I never even asked for. They just offered this amazing deal and did it all with no pressure at all. They just wanted me to be happy. When I went to another dealer they did not give me the hard sell and make me feel guilty about doing my search. The dealership was fast at getting me quotes and even better at getting me a price that was the best I had been offered. They made the whole purchase easy. I will go nowhere else, ever. This family treats you like family. John Fritts is my car dealer for life. Can't say enough about how he knew what I was looking for and got just as excited for me getting into a beautiful Honda Accord that I never thought I could afford. They made it happen. Thank you!!!

"My Happy Buying Experience"

Everybody at the Honda dealership was very professional, courteous and friendly. We worked with Marion James and he was the bomb. He was professional, very informative, kind, friendly, courteous, never was pushy, answered all our questions, had a positive outlook and very pleasant to talk to as was Brian Moynihan. We have been to other dealerships and never felt as comfortable as we did at the Honda Dealership in Plymouth. We would recommend this dealership to family and friends for sure!
