Overall positive buying experience

Everyone that I dealt with was very professional. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. There were no high pressure sales tactics. John Silva was excellent to work with as was Brian Moynihan. Everyone was courteous and ensured that my questions were answered. Excellent car buying experience.

Barry Siegal found the solution to one of my problems immediately and had my Honda Fit checked out in minutes to allay my fears about another issue. For free! I couldn't have been happier with my visit to Honda of Plymouth.

Honda of Plymouth dealership is the best I have ever found

Honda of Plymouth dealership is the best I have ever found. I stumbled upon them via friends when I was looking for who they would recommend and I am so glad I did. They have now been servicing my 2007 CRV for over 2 years. The service representative Barry Siegal goes above and beyond to provide superior customer service. He is very knowledgeable in everything automotive and has never failed to diagnose correctly the car problem I came in for and then chose the right mechanic to fix it. Trust me, you rarely find a service department as well staffed with the right people as this one. I now recommend this Honda Store to all my friends. Barry is the best…

Excellent experience.

Brought my CR-V in for 2 recall items, airbags driver & passenger seats, called made appointment & everything worked out great, wonderful experience, will be back next time I need service.

Purchased a 2015 CRV and a 2015 FIT

Excellent experience with AutoFair Honda!! We purchased 2 new vehicles from them in 4 months - a CRV and a FIT. They price matched other dealerships when we found a lower price and gave us an excellent price on our trade-in. Very easy to deal with, no pressure, and very accommodating. Our salesman, Henry Lennox, was very helpful and professional. I also spoke with one of the sales managers, Mike, who was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

Germano DePina - Very Helpful and Personable

Germano was immediately very helpful with my recent lease of a 2015 Honda CR-V. While waiting to speak with him, as he was very busy accommodating an elderly woman, we enjoyed some popcorn - great perk! As soon as we sat down to talk with him, he cute right to the chase and asked that I tell him my budget and whether I was looking to buy or lease. He went directly to his manager to consult for the quotes. Thereafter, we were seeking a lower rate. After multiple back and forth trips to his manager, in an effort to meet our demands, we reached the offer we were looking for. Germano has a great character about him that makes him not only professional but also very easy and enjoyable to talk to. We laughed a lot which made the process that much more enjoyable. The staff overall is very nice and accommodating, but I certainly know why Germano has received a number of awards at Auto Fair. Not to mention, he works late hours and on the weekends, proving his dedication to the job. He even checked in a couple days after my purchase to make sure I took care of my inspection sticker and wanted to make sure everything was going okay. I am glad to have worked with Germano and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone else looking to make the trip to Auto Fair - well worth it!

Salesman John Fitts

I went into Auto Fair Honda in Plymouth in hopes to buy a Honda Pilot. I despise the car buying process and always have, mainly because of the salesmen and women. I had never come across a salesman that I could tolerate until I met John Fitts. He spent over 3 hrs with me trying to find a car that I could afford and that fit my needs. Throughout that 3 hrs he was personable, honest, friendly, and very easy to talk to and be around. I didn't buy a car that day, but John kept in touch with me and I ended up going back there less than a week later and bought a Camry. Since I have bought my car, he has helped me with a few other things that I needed without hesitation. I would recommend John to anyone who is looking for a good and honest salesman who is willing to go the extra mile to help.

John Fitts in Amazing!!!

The ease of buying a car from John Fitts is simply wonderful. As I entered the dealership I was immediately greeted with a smile and a handshake. I came in to look at a particular vehicle and I told John that. He immediately showed me the car and took me for a test drive. 3.5 hours later, I walked out with my new car. I felt like I truly mattered. I will absolutely return to buy my future vehicles from John and recommend him and AutoFair Honda to everyone I know.
