Always helpful!

John Fitts is a very friendly and patient salesman. He did a lot of work behind the scenes in order for me to purchase my brand new 2015 Honda CR-V. He listen to what I wanted and made it happen! I would recommend John Fitts of AutoFair Honda to everyone!

Wonderful beginning to end!

I finally have had a good car-buying experience! Germano was knowledgeable and accommodating, and really worked with me; Scottie helped close the deal. Everything was wonderful and I will definitely recommend to family members and friends!

great customer service! friendly sales associate

John Fitts was very friendly and curious towards my needs and worked very hard to get me a fair deal on my honda crosstour. The staff took care of everything from financial services as well as registration and made the entire process very easy. I will recommend autofair honda in the future.

Honda Pilot Purchase - Excellent Experience

First car I have purchased on my own, and the experience was pleasant and painless at Autofair Honda of Plymouth. If you are looking to buy a Honda, this dealership should be your first stop; guarantee if you work with John Fitts, (Sales) it will be your only stop. From the callback regarding internet pricing (spoke with Paula), to my initial walk into the dealership (Brenda was at the desk), to the introduction to John Fitts (Sales), to working with Brian (Finance Manager), AutoFair Honda of Plymouth has proven that customer service at a car dealership trumps sales pressure. Took a test drive on a snowy day and knew the Honda Pilot was going to be my vehicle choice. John was knowledgeable about the product, personable, and understood I wasn't ready to make a decision on that first visit. A week later I returned to finalize the purchase. John took the time to go over every feature detail, and setup the bluetooth phone connection for me. The car was spotless when I arrived to drive it home. I am thrilled with my Pilot and would give John an A+ for followup call backs/emails to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend Autofair Honda of Plymouth for a excellent purchasing experience. Ask to work with John .....

Best Ever Car buying experience EVER!!!

I had been researching SUV's for over a month. I knew that I wanted to buy a Honda CRV but was nervous going to a dealership on my own. Being a recent widow, I always relied on my husband being with me for just such a purchase. I arrived at AutoFair Honda on a Sunday morning prior to their opening. I was greeted by a young man, John Fitts, who welcomed me into the show room. After some very quick paperwork he brought the first car up to the door for me to take for a test drive. After the test drive I had to ask to see the next model upgrade. He was so laid back and never made me feel pressured to make a decision on what I already came to buy. He gave me a great trade in allowance for my 13 yr old altima, actually more than the Kelly Blue Book value. He guided me all the way through the financing aspect of the deal as well as called me the next day to make sure that I still was happy with my new car!!!! I I'm highly recommending John Fitts to my family and friends. It truly was a wonderful experience!!! Thanks John, I am a customer for life.

Great Dealership---Great Team !!

After doing much on-line research and comparing 3 makes ,I decided on the Honda Pilot. I came in to Auto Fair and met John Fitts who walked me through the product line. After John had answered all my questions I took a Pilot for a test drive. The car was all I expected and John worked up the numbers for me. The price was very fair and together with Scott Elliot, Finance Dept, we put together a deal. My wife was very happy as was I. I highly recommend this team for all your automotive needs.

Salesman Mike O'Neil-Excellent

Salesman Mike O'Neil is excellent! I went last week looking for a car expecting to come home without one because I have no credit. Low and behold, Mike and business manager Brian Moynihan (im sure others too but I didnt get the chance to meet them) worked their absolute magic and got me in a leased 2014 Civic! Looking back, I probably was not the easiest customer to deal with and I am greatly appreciative for their hard work. Mike O'Neil is very knowledgeable, honest and patient. He works with you to get the best deal possible and explains the whole process very thouroughly. He went above and beyond and even called me the next day to see how I like my new car! I highly recommend Auto Fair Honda in Plymouth. The whole team gets 100 stars in my book!!!

Excellent car buying experience

I just purchased my new 2015 Accord from Nate Shannon at Autofair Honda in Plymouth and I couldn't be happier. He knew exactly what I was looking for in a car, he explained how everything worked in my new car, set up my blue tooth and even delivered the car to me. I highly recommend going to Autofair Honda and asking for Nate. This is my second time purchasing from this dealership and I dealt with Nate both times and I'm so glad that I did.
