f I could give 0 stars, I would. Long story short: I took my son here to buy his 1st car. Found a nice one, clean and looked/drove good. Salesman pressures us around the clock while we contemplated buying. Decided to go with it. Paid 10k. Drove off the lot and TPMS sensor went off the same day. Dealership said, not our problem. Two weeks later, had to replace a $250 door lock actuator myself. Dealership said not our problem. On day 71, check engine came on with a code that basically says engine is done. Dealership said not our problem. Actually, the sales manager stated, and this is a quote: “we don’t scan our cars with a computer unless the engine light is on when we get them.” Basically, they get them, clean them up and ship em out. The car had a history in the computer of this engine issue. They totally dissed us and provided no type of recourse. Its not about a warranty but rather customer satisfaction and support. They have none. No callbacks, no solutions, no support. They SUCK. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS. I actually looked at a car that had squealing pulleys and it was on the lot for sale. I should have known better than to buy from them. This is a 100% honest review. They will try and talk about us not getting a warranty. This review isn’t about that at all. It’s about them shelling out cars without doing their due diligence and standing behind their cars. BTW, our car had 107k on the odometer and we gave these xxxxxxx a cash deposit.

Bought a 2011 gmc Sierra didn’t know the front end was
Bought a 2011 gmc Sierra didn’t know the front end was rust out and after I sign the dotted line they threw me away… Told me they were in business to make a profit and that was it never again.

I would highly suggest having an auto mechanic look at
I would highly suggest having an auto mechanic look at the vehicle before you purchase from here. I didn’t, big mistake. You purchase vehicle “as is” , the sales contract states several times they’re not responsible for issues. After driving my car a handful of times I’m looking at replacing the transmission. Make sure you have someone look at it or do a diagnostic scan if possible.

Stay away
Stay away from this place. Offered $700 over listing price to have the ac fixed which should have been done before listing but. Was instead called buddy and had a $600 plus sales fee.

I took my daughter to buy her first financed car. Jim and Brian were so awesome! Felt no pressure like other dealerships. And they even gave her pointers on how to increase her score more to get her rate reduced. It was such an easy process and no fuss. We’re so appreciative of their help and kindness. Sold me bougie.
Got the car 3 months ago. within 30 days the car window wont go up, car charger dont work, all 4 tire had a small slow leaks, front brake pad and rotors wear bad after 2 weeks of driving from the lot, the remote key dont work, brake light went out after a week. Also I pay over $450 a month for this piece of SH. I would never buy a car from them again. Its a reason theyre call back roads

Hassle free transaction
Staff was great and friendly! Jim H was our salesman who was very attentive and professional. Brian was wonderful and had funny stories also gave us a ride home while we awaited the arrival of our jeep 😀 Thank you The photographer I believe his name is Troy very nice as well

Such a great car buying experience! Quick and easy! Jay helped me from start to finish and I didn’t have to go in the dreaded finance office for paperwork and then to try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t want. Thanks Jay for making it an easy process!!

Save yourself money and time and do not go to this dealership!! If I had a time machine I would have never purchased a car here!! Unfortunately I’m a young female doing things on my own and got took advantage of!! I’ve only had my car 2 weeks and have been having problems ever since!! Within 45 minutes of me having the car the engine light came on I brung it back the next day and he says the car runs perfect the exhaust is registered in cali so it needs a cali exhaust and that’s why the engine light is on I’ve been smelling a smoke smell since I got the car went to get it looked at they stated I had an oil leak and a crack in my valve cover gasket a couple days later I’m driving home and the car starts jerking and a whole bunch of white smoke comes from my exhaust it had to be towed to the nearest stop now they’re saying I can’t return car it will be considered a repo and that the car was running fine when they had it which is straight bs!! The first car I even test drive I didn’t buy because I was having iffs about it he ask do I want to do a second test drive went to test drive it again and it shut down wouldn’t even start and I bet if I would have took that car home they would have said the same thing it was working when it was on their lot but mike insisted on selling me car sold me on this 14 Cruze that wasn’t on the lot assured me it was in perfect condition and Now I’m stuck with a lemon and I don’t know what to do!! I truly believe all of their cars have problems all of them have their engine light on I would never in a million years refer this dealership to my worst enemy!! They don’t care if you have a working car or not definitely only trying to get a sale! Im devastated truly I feel heartbroken and betrayed!! I looked so hard for a car to not be a lemon and still end up buying one!! Save yourself the trouble!! This dealership should not even be in business!!!
