Tyler was a great salesperson. Experience was very positive except for the final element. The person showing how the car works was all wrong for the job. I left with too many operational questions. Detailing on the used car I purchased could have been a little better. An antenna is needed in the area where the entertainment (radio etc.) is discussed.

in terms of service, there’s nothing outstanding either good or bad. They do take longer to complete service than I think appropriate. My car is usually out of commission for three days regardless for the level of service required.
