This was my first visit to Smail Mercedes Service Center. Mike was over the top nice and accommodating to me. My car was serviced appropriately, and I appreciated the car wash!

Tyler was a great salesperson. Experience was very positive except for the final element. The person showing how the car works was all wrong for the job. I left with too many operational questions. Detailing on the used car I purchased could have been a little better. An antenna is needed in the area where the entertainment (radio etc.) is discussed.
