After upgrading to a fifth wheel, my wife and I decided to buy a larger truck than we currently had. We found two identical F250s at two different dealers about 70 miles away from where we live. Given the similarity, it came down to price and experience. When we went to Basic, we were greeted immediately and actually treated like customers. The other dealer made us wait considerably longer to speak to someone then again when we wanted to get a trade-in valuation. Rick went out of his way to make sure our experience was not the normal used car push. Even before we came down, he helped me get an estimate on my trade and answered every question I asked about the potential truck. He didn?t hassle us over the deal, and we ended up negotiating a fair price on both the new truck and the trade in. The rest of the experience (finance, detailing, etc.) was equally smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend Basic to any of my friends who live in the area, and very specifically, I would recommend Rick as the salesman. His laid back attitude and willingness to work with us on our budget and with the vehicle was what truly sealed the deal for me.

I went to Basic Auto not knowing exactly what I wanted. I test drove several vehicles until I found what I liked. The staff was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. My car buying experience was awesome. I will defiantly come back to Basic Auto and will be referring my family and friends as well.

My husband and I highly recommend Rick Waters at Basic Auto Sales if you're looking to buy another vehicle. We knew what we wanted and had a strict budget when it came to buying a newer vehicle. After being told by other dealers that our budget wasn't realistic, Rick and the rest of the Basic Auto guys listened and did everything possible to get us what we needed. We are in the vehicle we want and we didnt have to break the bank in the process because of Ricks persistence and understanding.
