2017 Orange Mini

I purchased a new, custom 2017 MiniCooper, using the USAA buying service, and traded in my 2011 Mini. Mr. Yad Ali made the buying experience from end-to-end easy, convenient, comprehensive, and pleasant. From the first day we entered the dealership, Yad explained our options and added the USAA discounts without complexity to the purchasing price. I also received a very fair price for my trade-in. Yad kept in contact with us until the car was delivered. He quickly responded by email/phone to inquiries regarding the delivery and financing process. He helped us lock in a great loan rate while we were waiting. If we had not done that, the rate would have been 0.5% higher by the time the car was available. He was extremely organized and sensitive to our time. He emailed us for documents needed before pick up. He had all the buying forms pre-filled so that when we picked up the car, we were at the dealership for 75 minutes from form signing and explanation of the features. He patiently and thoroughly explained the features of the car, repeating instructions when asked without making us feel like we were troubling him. He was very pleasant and never pushy. We never felt we were under pressure to buy. This is my third Mini Cooper. I found the Mini salespersons to date easy to work with and never pushy.
