    I first contacted Gettel Hyundai regarding the service of my 2015 Santa Fe. My wife and I love the car, but recently the blind spot assist has been working... intermittently, the windshield washer reservoir has developed a leak, and the engine cover is cracked (maybe due to heat?). I contacted their appointment booker over the phone and told her that I wanted verification that these were all covered under warranty. We scheduled an appointment but told me someone would call me that day to verify. I never received a phone call. I show up to my appointment at noon and drop the car off with Craig. I instantly received an automatic text from Craig letting me know I can reply at any time to receive an update on my car. The day came and went with no phone call letting me know what was found. Because I had a scheduled appointment, and didn't just show up and drop the vehicle off, I did believe I would receive a call that day letting me know what the outcome was. The next morning, I text Craig asking what the status was of the vehicle. No response. Six hours later, I call up to the service department and ask what was going on. They told me someone would follow up shortly. About 15 minutes later, I receive a generic response stating that my car was ready for pickup. I replied, asking what the outcome was. The response was one word, "Done." What does this mean? Was everything fixed? Was it all covered under warranty? I get there to pick my car up. (I came after they had closed as I mistakenly thought the hours posted online were also for the service department. Luckily there was a nice lady there in service to assist me. She showed me the service report that someone had test drove it and that the blind spot assist had worked as intended. I was very clear when I dropped the car off that it would work about every other car at this point, but I guess the service team drove the vehicle, saw that it came on when a car drove by, and marked it as working properly. The other two issues I had brought the car in for? Not even addressed. They literally weren't even put on the service ticket. So it took 30 hours for someone to test drive my car for five minutes?? I text Craig regarding the oversight. His response? I don't know, I never received one.... I did reschedule an appointment this morning, so now I will lose my car for another day, and make another trip to the dealer during work to drop the car off and pick it up. I do need another new vehicle soon, but I am hesitant at this point to recommend buying a car from a Gettel dealer if this is the communication and service I can expect. I will update this post after my service date.

    Estimate for repair time was accurate and warranty was applied. Very comfortable and relaxing waiting area/lounge. Appreciated the car wash, and help... with restoring the blue tooth feature in the car which had been disconnected the repair process.

    Requested a quote via email. Was given the run around. I have money ready to buy just need a quote. Should be simple, they said online is the lowest... but online quote includes trade in. I don't have a trade in. I just want a simple quote for a car.

    Typically, I loathe the thought of having to take my car to a dealer for service. Not this one. In 30+ years of driving, I have not experienced a better... dealership service department than Gettel Hyundai. While I haven't visited any of their other brands I can't imagine the Gettel acumen is anything less than top notch throughout the company. Their uncommon professional alacrity combined with friendly and genuinely caring attitude is a fresh take on dealer service. Thank you! Keep up the great work guys... You've earned this customer.
