Great dealership!

Great dealership! The entire staff is courteous and helpful. Especially recommend Wes as a salesman. He went above and beyond. Great service from Samantha in credit services, also. Overall good experience.

After buying a vehicle along with an extended warranty we

After buying a vehicle along with an extended warranty we were told, ?if you have any problems just bring the vehicle right away no appointment needed?. Great that?s fantastic?well a Tahoe with only 13,000 miles one day lit up like a Christmas tree on the dash throwing all kinds of codes and warnings. A ?Issue with Engine and Transmission? code was the most concerning. After calling and waiting for roadside assistance we just took it to the dealer ourselves only to be met with a bad attitude at the front desk to drop off the vehicle. We were told ?you will be called first thing in the morning with a diagnostic?. I had to call 5 times the next morning (I had never received a call) to get someone in service to pick up and provide an answer, only to be given the run around for a further 3 days. Which then we were told it wouldn?t be until the next week until they could get to it. I never expected the car to be fixed right away, I just wanted a diagnostic so we could plan our next move with how to get our family around to all our activities. Never provided or offered a car from the dealer to use while ours was in the shop. And Honestly goes a long way from the first step! Never give the customer the run around and leave them wondering! Terrible customer service and attitude from start to finish after spending over $70,000 at their dealership.

Be careful they will lie to you

Terrible experience I drove 2 hours one way to be told the vehicle I wanted was no longer available. Then I found out it was sold 2 days ago. I had been corresponding for the last 2 days and I was never told it was sold. If they will lie to you they will steal from you. The vehicle is still on their web site so beware they use vehicles to lure you in, and don't even have it. Just with hopes they can sell you something else.

Great Service!!

Will Jetton, Melvin Pipes, Phillip Prather and all the guys at Jones GM were a pleasure to work with. They all worked very hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. They were great and I would definitely recommend!!

Do not buy from this dealer!!

They falsely advertised the vehicle I purchased. It did not have all the options listed. Also, the sunroof quit functioning properly on day 2 of ownership and I was assured I would get a call from the service manager and almost 2 weeks later, I’m still waiting. They are very pushy and will tell you lies from the start to the finish of the process. Stay away from this dealership!
